We feel Three times blessed that Robert arrived at our doorstop to install a hot water heater here today. It happens to be our wedding anniversary (56 years ) and we couldn’t be more thrilled than giving a gift to each other of a hot water heater installed by Robert!!!!
at no point did we have any anxiety that it was not going Tom be put in today. Robert went to work…… professionally.. efficiently and in a very friendly way. It valuable experience for us . congratulations to Wilson plumbing for having Robert on your staff. He is amazing. We’re sold on the excellence of Wilson plumbing!!!

The technicians from Wilsom Plumbing, Heating and Electric are extremely knowledgeable. They find solutions other technicians miss. They are also friendly and ready to answer all your questions. I totally recommend Wilson.

Had them replace main box, outside meter, and install a grounding rod. All for way to much $. They were 4 hours late for the first meeting. (scheduled 8am-12pm) shows up at 430 at night.

Then the install of my breaker box was done poor. See pictures. Thanks for the hole in my wallet and my wall.

Wilson Plumbing & Heating replaced my 20+ year old Lennox WhisperHeat furnace, humidifier and air conditioner unit. Installed new Trane Premium System for furnace & ac including Aprilaire humidifier. Technician, Isiah Pittser and Jimmy Dillon did exceptional work replacing & installing new units and both were very professional and addressed all my questions. Extremely happy with Wilson’s service and highly recommend them for any hvac work needed in your home.

Please proceed with caution when using this company. I hired them to do electrical inspection on Friday 4/19. In order to solve the problem they had to take down all ceiling fans/lights and open each outlet. Tim was able to resolve the problem quickly. Great job Tim! After a few hours the power shut back off. They were able to immediately get out a tech on site that Saturday 4/20. He was able to locate the issue which is great. Upon him leaving I asked if all ceiling fans were in working order and mounted on the ceiling he said yes. We had a tenant move in on the 24th and send me the following picture of the bedroom. You will notice the ceiling fan was not put back up after the tech left on Saturday. I understand the ceiling fan wasn't mounted properly prior. If this was the case then inform me and put the ceiling fan back up the way you found it. For you to leave a ceiling fan on the ground is unacceptable. Please reference the email from Saturday that doesn't include picture of the bedroom. They also want to charge me $750 for a problem they created.

Brian Hughes performed maintenance on my furnace. He was very professional in his presentation on the condition of the parts in the internal workings of the furnace, showing the wear and tear and giving me options for what to do in the future with my older furnace. Live with the condition as is now, Repair any parts as needed in the future, or Replace the furnace at some future date. He is the type of technician that I would recommend for anyone needing furnace maintenance or repair.

Joe our installer did an amazing job! Phillip and the advance team were awesome as well. Definitely recommend.

Sincerely appreciate Dylan’s professionalism and ability to concisely explain our issue. We look forward to him installing our newly ordered battery.

Stephen E. did a great job. He pointed out issues that were not up to code that prior technicians never mentioned. Glad to have these issues addressed before major issues happen.

Yovel serviced our HVAC and replaced the ignitor that was about to give out. Quick, friendly and easy service.

Great experience. My 29 year old system finally gave out and i knew full well i would need a replacement even before this incident. Bob gave a full and honest quote explaining the differences between different models etc.. He listened to my concerns and i got the system I needed for this house.

Greg the installer, and his partner Cole did a fantastic job removing the old units and installing the new ones, keeping things clean and neat as they worked.

Greg did a very good job explaining some problem areas and how best to remediate them to avoid any future problems. They took the time to do things the right way.

Greg did a very thorough job explaining what was going to be done, what was being done as work progressed and how the system operates once the work was completed.

I called Wilson for a pipe leak and Terry recommended that I replace a large section of pipe in my old house. The job would have cost much more than I was prepared to pay, but he advocated for me and I was able to get the price heavily, heavily discounted. Thank you Terry and Wilson!

I would not recommend Wilson's Plumbing unless you would like to pay double what you should for your service. We had a clogged toiled and had removed the toilet, had a wax ring replacement etc. and did not have a tool that could get to the clog. We have young children at home and needed a working toilet on our main floor. The plumber initially quoted me $4,000 in "preventative maintenance." I told him absolutely not, we just need the pipe cleared...He then quoted me over $900 to use a camera and $760 for no camera. I could not believe the price, but considering our toilet was off the pipe, we didn't want to have to call another plumber and wait. We previously had another company come out when our toddler flushed a toy down the toilet and they put on a new toilet and that was only $700. I am not sure why services like this need to play a sales game when people have these unexpected problems come up. I tried to call and speak to someone at the office and they did not call me back. After the service was completed the plumber said they gave me a 10% discount since we had the toilet removed already...which after taxes was still $680. I also never received copies of the service paperwork. I have received robo calls and texts asking for feedback on my service. I have left two message for calls back and was told someone would reach out within 30 minutes, and no one has called us back. Extremely disappointed.

Technician was personable. Picked up on the sales pitch right from the get go. Quoted me $440 for a simple floor drain snake out and I'm not even going to mention the quoted price to add on the main line snake job. This service fee of $440 was 50% higher than the company I had out the following day.

Mason was very efficient, clearly explained everything, and did a great job with several plumbing services that we needed. Everything is very clean and professionally done and he was finished much faster than I ever would’ve anticipated. Highly recommend him.
