David did amazing work!! Super amazing plumber. Install and tapped into sewer. Replaced cast iron stack on main in house. Added floor drain to drain washer into new sewer. Replumbed from kitchen sink to main stack. All plumbing in house has been upgraded and corrected. Amazing amazing work!! Will be requesting David the next time I’m in need of plumbing work.

Fast, Friendly, Efficient service. Most recent work was replacing my water softener and whole home water treatment. HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical are all available from Wilson too. I’ve never had a negative experience. Their technicians are always courteous and well trained. The scheduling folks are great too and able to answer questions you might have. I recommend these folks any time someone is looking for the services they offer.

A friendly word of caution to those considering Wilson - their general business model for the healthy home membership appears to be offering 'free' services as part of their package. However, they will often then try to charge/recommend unnecessary service.

As example, we had plumber (Michael Dillree) come to our house flush our hot water tank. A free service then scheduled as a matter of convenience with our usual house maintenance, he decided on his own accord to try to sell us a new water softener. He told us our water was too hard (it is not- we have our own testing strip/chemicals). We've been looking to remove our softener system (only needing a filter). He refused to do this and provide us only very expensive quotes. He tried to soften this by saying he checked our sump pump that it wasn't working order (it is in fact not, and have known this), and our house water pressure was too high (indeed high, but not too the degree he reported). We ultimately had our suspicions confirmed getting another plumber to come out (and also just disconnected our water softener for a very reasonable price).

In general, it is a similar experience for electric (we had a general contractor on another project point out and argue down some unusual costs/fees), as well as HVAC 'clean and checks' (where wiring 'problems' were then reviewed by others noting they're trying to charge for unnecessary service).

We only had signed up for a healthy home membership given a discount for one year, after calling for an electric project for our first experience with Wilson and receiving the offer. Fortunately, we avoided too much headache with Wilson, as we had our suspicions early on. But essentially every service call required us to double check every recommendation they made with another group we trusted more - defeating the purpose of using them in the first place.

Hopefully this is helpful to someone - We would strongly recommend finding more trustworthy service help elsewhere, and we wouldn't even take their healthy home membership for free if offered to us based on our previous experiences with them.

Brian E was a straight up "G". Nice guy, knowledgeable and had our furnace back up and running during the coldest day of the year. Furthermore, the AI bot had us scheduled 24 hours out. I responded to the text reminder and Brian was dispatched within 2 hours. Big ups to Wilson!

Michael came and was the real hero and unclogged both our shower drains. ($1200) Casey drained and checked our hot water tank and gave us an estimate for potential issues. ($50)

David was great! Explained everything well and was the epitome of customer service. Highly recommended technician who got things done efficiently!

Very happy with our sewer line repair at our house. Can’t say enough about our service from the whole team but especially David, Chuck, Jordon and Jake organizing the job. All of them went above beyond to help come up with a permanent, least invasive solution to our issue. Would highly recommend.

My hubby and I had a great experience with this company. They were easy to schedule service with, were reasonable with their costs, and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being a small business, I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I am a New Projects Manager with a NE OH Solar PV Company, so I know how important it is to communicate straight with the customer, provide accurate and detail information within the estimate and provide the customer with a map/plan for the removal and installation of the new furnace and A/C. Craig Pons and Tim Hildebrand of KW Lang Mechanical did just that and more. Their product pricing was more than fair, along with good financing and a seamless installation process.

Craig visited us early on a Tuesday morning in mid November; walking us through the Carrier Product line, along with the proper sizing of the new furnace and new A/C. Furnace Installation was completed by that Friday, with the A/C unit being installed early the next week. Jerry the KW Lang Technician was thoughtful, very through and cleaned up after himself leaving no mess on the site (Inside & Outside).

KW Lang did a great job treating us as respected individuals that were in a tough position, as our furnace failed and we needed to act promptly. They gave us a quality Carrier product at a good price, with a timely installation process. Thank you!

Went fine for the most part. Did an excellent job on kw lang equipment . Did a fair job on equipment that was not installed by kw lang.

Noticed a loud vibration coming from my heater. Was able to get a next day appointment. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and walked me through what was causing the noise as well as the what the solution was. Very satisfied with the service

Showed up within allotted time window and efficiently completed the service then cleaned up to leave. Also provided helpful tips to maintain our equipment. He also provided information about adding a humidifier to the system. We enjoyed Matt's professionalism while he worked on our old HVAC system.

Brian came out to the house to service the furnace he was efficient and knowledgeable with a great personality.

I've dealt with KW Lang for years (Stovicek), in fact I continued the service from them after my mom passed. They have been very professional, I have also recommended them to friends and the bond continues. They do excellent work.

Matt came out to look at my boiler when it stopped working, and he was great to work with. He was very friendly and explained what the issue was and what he did to resolve it. He also gave me some tips on maintaining my boiler in the future.

We have used KW Lang a few years now. They've put in new air condition units and we have them for spring and winter tune-ups. I've liked all the technicians that have come here. They are always, timely,friendly and efficient. I completely recommend KW Lang ,a full service heating and air company.

New Furnace Install from Oil to Gas: Very professional communication during the entire process, from reviewing the job to recommending the appropriate product. Working with KW Lang was such an easy process! From calling the company and someone coming out to provide me an estimate within like 2 days. Craig was very nice! He explained what options I had, sent me the proposal the next and any follow up questions I had he answered right away.

The day of my appointment Craig came out before the guys started doing the work which I really appreciated because it provided me with a since of easy. To have him introduce the guys who would be doing the work and explained how many guys would be at my home was awesome.
