A great experience from the sales call to the install. Everyone was on top of their game. The initial service was scheduled within 24 hours from the first call. The sales team made the process very smooth and seamless. The install day went just as good. The communication with KW Lang was above and beyond and I never felt left out. They worked with my aggravating HOA to make sure that everything was up to their standards. Would recommend for anyone looking for service down the road or a new install.

I ended up using this company to make a repair on my furnace blower, and they did an excellent job for a fair price ($700 less than another company). There were two Matts who worked on the blower. Matt M did the diagnostics and Matt F came out and did the repairs. Both were very skilled and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

My mother had been with this company for over 20years. She is in heaven now and I continued with the company. However over the past two services unfortunately things did not work out. I want go into to much of the details. Make sure if you schedule a repair or service do the earliest possible time 8 to 12 this will ensure that the individuals aren’t tired or are ready to call it a day which can cause numerous other issues. Just be clear stand firm and don’t allow them to give you a quote on anything and pay for it! do the research on parts and prices. This is how my boiler was left.

KW Lang really came through for me recently. The heat in our newer condo failed to work one morning and with temperatures dropping, I really needed service fast. KW Lang came out right away and after some methodical diagnostics, a minor adjustment to the settings had us back up with heat in a little over an hour.

Brian arrived on time and personable. He worked efficiently and explained as necessary what he was doing. We had one issue that needed to return to complete and he returned the next day to complete the work. We are very pleased with the work.

KW Lang has professional technicians who know what they are doing and take pride in their work. They are clean, efficient and do superb work - in my case the installation and testing of two new replacement air conditioners. Very satisfied with the quality and value of the work.

KW Lang was able to come out on a moments notice to service a furnace that wasn't working on cold winters day. When it was determined that our 33 year old furnace was beyond repair, a salesman provided a competitive quote in less than one hour. And they installed it the next day. Job well done!

When our furnace went out during the cold days of January, KW Lang sent a service man right away. Technician showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within half hour. Since the furnace was nineteen years old, we decided to replace it instead of repairing. The salesperson Craig was knowledgeable and explained all the options, without hard sell tactics. In fact, he offered to come out to our house the next morning to check measurements and ductwork, etc. just to make sure we received the correct size furnace. He showed up on time and answered all our questions. Then he scheduled installation for the next day! Despite a snowstorm, the technicians showed up at 8am the next day and installed the new furnace. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend this company!

KW Lang provided great support when my heater went out. They supported late day visit to ensure I had heat again, and stayed to monitor the fix until we were both comfortable it was operating properly. Very professional throughout the whole visit and knowledgeable on the equipment to only focus on required fixes and not add additional work. Would recommend KW Lang to everybody!

I have been using this KW Lang Mechanical over the last few years for my A/C and heating. Their customer service from the start is great. The same tech has been doing these services at my property which makes me feel very comfortable allowing him getting to get familiar with my equipment to keep the equipment running at its best. Craig and Greg were fantastic to work with when getting a new furnace installed. Craig was incredibly responsive and helpful. He walked me through a Carrier warranty process that enabled me to get a replacement furnace for a great price. Greg, the install tech from KW, was great as well. He was quick, professional, and friendly, and he was very helpful in going over everything about the new furnace and what to look out for. I'd recommend KW Lang for any of your furnace and heating needs.

Matt was fantastic through our whole roof replant process. They help with the insurance claim and were extremely efficient getting the work done. Extremely, affordable and we wouldn’t recommend any other roofer!
