My first experience was the replacement of my garbage disposal. My second experience was the replacement of my decaying water main pipe inside. Both times they were clean and speedy. I had different repairmen both times and both were so nice, polite and easy to talk to. They explained what needed to be done and what was priority to save me money.

Josh did a terrific job replacing my garbage disposal, faucet, and the pipes underneath! I received a text about 20 minutes before arrival. He was polite, cleaned up after the job, and quite professional. Prices are reasonable. I also used Mackin and Sons for a new water heater and replacing a sink a few years ago. I'll continue to use them.

I contacted Mackin and Sons for a natural gas leak repair. They were very responsive and quickly got a tech to my house. Josh was extremely professional. He went out of his way to get the job done quickly and most importantly right! I highly recommend them.

Mack N Son’s helped us get through a winter of sewer damage. Christian was so helpful in guiding us through restoration and preparing us as we rebuild both bathrooms. Mackin and Sons Plumbing was fantastic to work with. Kristian was great to work with and goes out of his way to help. They rushed to get our water running so we could move in on time, which meant a lot to us. Not only that, but they took the time to walk us through several water treatment options that fit both our needs and our budget.

When we later ran into a plumbing issue that they hadn’t previously worked on, he didn’t hesitate to help and took the time to talk us through how to fix it without even having to coming out. The problem was resolved immediately.

They are extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We will absolutely be using Mackin and Sons again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing solutions.

Hot water tank started leaking at 8 pm last night and called Mackin & Sons late to schedule an inspection. By 10:30 am today, we had a new tank professionally installed. Josh and Ethan were friendly and answered all our questions. Couldn't be happier with the quick response time and the great service. Thank you Mackin & Sons!!

Mackin & Sons provided excellent service when my water heater failed. My phone call was answered immediately--no automated voice system, no need to leave a message. They got me on the schedule the first day I was available, removed the water heater and gave me a written estimate that included options to repair or replace. I chose replacement, for which they helped me secure financing. There were issues with my subfloor and surrounding area that needed to be addressed before the new water heater was installed. Mike worked with my insurance company and recommended a company to do the remediation work. Mindy in the office was always pleasant and helpful, as was everyone else I spoke with. Once the floor repairs were done, they were available right away for the installation. Josh and Ethan did a fantastic job fitting a 40-gallon water heater and drain pan into a small opening that previously held only a 30-gallon. They even managed to fit a thermal expansion tank into the limited space. They explained what they were doing without my even asking, and the questions I did have were answered patiently and knowledgeably. Turning the water back on caused my ancient faucet to give way, and Josh was able to repair it on the spot. The whole company was professional from start to finish, and it showed in the end result. I would recommend them anytime.

Josh did a great job installing a much-needed garbage disposal. He was prompt, pleasant and professional! Tidy, too! What more could you ask for in a plumber?! I'll be using Mackin for all my plumbing needs!

Got a window replaced a few months ago. The quality of the work was very good. The process was a little annoying due to all the different people that called me asking the same questions. The installation crew was professional and On Time! The on time part was crucial for me. Nobody has time to be waiting all day for something I already paid for. Props on the depot for their promptness.

Worst experience ever! Purchased laminate flooring to be installed in my house, built in 2007 and after ripping up the carpet, prepping the floors, and picking up the product myself, the installers show up telling me that it will be an additional $900 to prep my floors. When I contacted the manager, he was no help in regards to this situation. Then on top of it, I purchased this flooring with the home depot credit card, agreeing to the terms "6 months, no interest" and when I received my 2nd bill I was charged interest! This corporation is running a scam and their customer service is the worst! I will honestly never walk into another home depot in my life! Save yourself a headache and go to Lowes or any other home improvement store!!!!

We have always had great luck with the associated and products at this store but in May of 2016 we bought 600 worth of carpet from here and had it installed and it's absolutely terrible. The carpet is tearing up and we have strings everywhere I have a two year old in my home and I have to worry about him running around and getting it in his toes or wrapped around his fingers. When I called to see if they would validate the guarantee I was too months too late.they don't even stand behind there product at all!!
