Brian & Brett did a fantastic job. Courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious to address any questions or concerns. They were thorough to insure that the installation was done properly, and explained the functionality and how to perform any periodic maintenance or adjustments to the equipment. I trust the quality of their work and will use Eco-Plumbers again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

Denis is absolutely AMAZING!! He and Marc did a great job removing my leaking water heater (from 2009) with a completely new 50 gallon tank. The installation was done with professionalism and care. Denis communicated with me before and after the process. He showed me the end result and confirmed what they did and what they changed to ensure the best results from the new water heater. He also explained the parts that were updated/new and how to use them. He showed me how to drain it once a year, as well.

Also, Denis is a genuinely kind and wonderful human being. We shared good conversation, and I'm grateful to have met both Denis and Marc.

I highly recommend, and respect, Denis and Marc (and EcoPlumbers). If possible, request Denis! He's an absolute pro and will do the job perfectly with no mess.

Make sure you are guarding your elderly and disabled family members from this company. I am certainly not happy that they are not doing as they said and took my elderly recently widowed mother in-laws money like a hard car sales man when she bought a new house. They are sending updates and appointment request to the wrong number and she paid upfront for an annual membership and not getting the services promised.

Very happy we chose Eco. Austin was our tech today and he really impressed us with his knowledge and confidence they could fix our complex plumbing issues. He is working with our property manager so relieve of of being the middle man. We feel we are in good hands and that they care we are in a bad situation. We feel blessed to have found this honest company. My neighbor came over to meet him and he was gracious to talk to her also about her plumbing situation.

Eco Plumbers were fantastic. Brian arrived on time and asked me if i was satisfied or if i had any questions throughout the whole installation process. He changes out multiple old PVC pipes with copper. I am very happy with my purchase.

Dennis was terrific! He came on time, explained everything he was going to do and who else would be coming, to complete the process as well and what we could expect throughout the day. Austin Pitts came out to scope our sewer drain with a camera. He did a great job! We wanted to have the drain hydro jetted. The estimate came out to be a lot more than we had expected, so we can't afford to have it done for a week or two.

Austin was absolutely fantastic! He did a great job of explaining the issues, showing me the video and pictures, and answering all of my questions. Today was my second service from Eco, and the second time they were awesome. Shortly before the visit I got a text with details of the tech (Austin) and his ETA with location. Onsite he was friendly, fast, very knowledgeable and respectful of my property. I feel really well taken care of.
