They drive around using their phones and not caring who they run over. Dude literally on his phone while making a left turn into an intersection with a walk signal. Mouthed off instead of apologizing for almost running us over. Unprofessional, reckless, and disgusting. Wouldn't hire.

In my 25 years of construction I have NOT seen a company run a job worse than this "company" If you like slow, unorganized, and unintelligent, then this is your kind of group. If you are a subcontractor they will deliberately slow you down, at absolutely every possible opportunity. Avoid them at all cost!!!

One of their trucks went speeding by home in a 35mph zone where I have kids and dogs. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe. He had to have been going 50-60 mph.

They claim to be working 60-hour weeks on the Westerville Rd project, yet we see them clear out by 3pm every single day. They are taking their time to complete the project and have little concern for the impact on the residents around the project. The trucks drive recklessly down Westerville Rd, on their way to the jobsite, too.

Great to work with! Jim Valentas, the Vice President, is professional, attentive, and excellent with clients—always ensuring clear communication and a high-quality, satisfactory outcome. The entire team is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly committed to delivering exceptional workmanship. Their organization, responsiveness, and genuine care for each project makes the process smooth from start to finish. It is a great group to work with, and they consistently go above and beyond.

Had them tile my house good price but getting the supplies was a pain and communication with installers was leaking.

With each recent visit, I've had to track down the help. I typically find the personnel gathered in a huddle discussing what ever in various location's of the store. After asking for help, I am just directed to the isle. I had to beg for assistance, literally. What happen to this store? The employees used to care... I will not be returning to this location.

Would love to say I received great customer service but I did not. Russ was great to have for kitchen design with, but we had technical issues trying to get the final price sent. I paid $99 for a kitchen measurement I intended to use but never received the quote after trying for a week to get it sent. The designer talked to me a few times and said it was coming and it never did. Finally a manager, David, got involved and sent it to me, it came thru fine, but that was after I wanted my money that should have gone towards the install- the install I had to pass on because I never got a quote! Word to the wise, don't get them to do your measuring because unless you are willing to work around their schedules it is a waste of time. They are not fast and didn't feel 'it warranted a refund'- talk about bad customer service. I was in their store 3 times this weekend and could have used that $99 and I also said I planned to get my counters from them and could apply the $99 there- they still would not. So now they have lost about $20K of my business and Lowe's will get it.

I recently called Appliance Man to address an issue that i was having with my ice maker. When I called in to schedule I had told them that i believe it was the sensors (optics) that determine whether the ice bin was full or not. I determined this myself by looking at the error codes that are identified by the blinking lights and a quick google search.

Despite me telling them this when the repair person showed up he had a new ice marker in hand (which does not contain the optics). I asked him to diagnose before he swapped out the ice maker itself which he did. After a quick 10min diagnostic check he determined the same thing. He then informed me that he could not fix the issue because the part I needed was no longer being manufactured.

That was bad news so…I did a quick google search on my phone and determined that he was partially correct. The plastic casing that contains the sensors was out of production but you could in fact still purchase the sensors itself. Before he left I asked him if he could remove the sensors for me and he told me he could not because it was riveted into the piece of plastic (which it was not). He then happily took my 180$ for simply showing up and running a 10minute diagnostic check…

So me being highly annoyed and refusing to believe that the manufactured would rivet the sensors board in place I spent 5min and took the pieces apart myself. After doing so I removed the sensors itself and looked on the back where I found the KitchenAid part number. I went to KitchenAid’s website to confirm that the part was available and I ordered on one line. It showed up today and it took me all of 20min to install and put it back together, The part cost 265$ but I saved myself 11k (cost of replacing the fridge).

I would not recommend this repair company. They seemed happy to take my 180$ after 15mins of diagnostic work and completely disinterested in solving the problem. I have zero experience making repairs like this and did it all off the cuff. The fact that after charging me the bench fee he would not even remove the broken part for me was particularly frustrating.

I would use them again if I have another appliance that needs to be repaired. They service LG which is hard to find. Repairman was on top of the job

Experience was great given the circumstances in which i had to contact and schedule them (no fault of Appliance Man). The tech Aidan was outstanding diagnosed and talked me through the issues and verbally gave multiple recommendations on options to consider. Just awaiting emailed copy of formal diagnosis write up to make my decisions.

Probably would have been great if we followed through for service after the diagnostic. When the technician came out he was very friendly, informative and accommodating. The problem is all the technician did was google the error code and then he gave is a cost to repair. The cost ended up being almost as much as getting a new dishwasher, so we decided to go that way. The helpful repairman told us the error code may be the only issue or it could be something else (the motherboard) after we fix the error code issue. I would have appreciated an opportunity to talk to a knowledgeable person rather than just a schedule operator over the phone originally. The info we got from the technician could have been ascertained through a phone call instead of and in person diagnostic visit. Then I would have felt that I was helped out rather than feeling like I paid $182 for someone to google what I knew already. All that said, I would return to them for service in the future, I would just ask for an estimate based on error code before they come out.

Went above and beyond to fix our stove. Fast efficient service. Appreciate the extra mile they went. Will use again and trust them for all our repairs.

Tony was our technician and we were super impressed with his skill and straight ahead attitude

Prompt service ! The gentleman who came was very cordial and knowledgeable. He fixed our fridge in about 25 minutes and didn’t try to sell us something we don’t need . I would not hesitate to have these people back in my home ! I called and 3 hours later my fridge was fixed no hassle !

The company and the service professional who repaired our sub zero refrigerator was phenomenal. The work was done correctly, he had the part on his truck, and left us with a fully functional ice maker. I would highly recommend Appliance Man.

This was our best experience ever with a service repair company. The service tech from Appliance Man was second to none. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. I would recommend The Appliance Man to anyone who needs repair/service work on their Sub-Zero refrigerator.

I'm not normally one for reviews. I felt both the process of the company and the staff were great. The first install part was a bit defective to no ones fault. They came back no charge and put in a new one! Really appreciate all of them.

We were 100% satisfied with Appliance Man’s quality of service and friendliness. Andrew not only fixed our problems, but he educated us to better mediate future issues down the road. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!👍🏻👍🏻

Gave company make and model of dishwasher when I made the appointment and described issue. When tech came, he looked at the dishwasher from across the room and without opening it or examining it, said it was the main board and I would be better off replacing it. I paid $170 for someone to stand in my house and tell me what they could have said over the phone. I understand you don’t make money that way, but what about doing some good customer relations! I won’t recommend this company to friends/family. Felt like I was gouged.
