We have a whirlpool fridge that despite looking like a new model it is so old the have discontinued many, many parts includingwhat we needed. Our ice maker stopped working almost a year ago and we turned it off when gifted a countertop unit. We had been told nothing could be done. My husband on a ladder noticed a tear in the tubing at the top. Aaron found the line frozen fixed that and sealed the tear. We now have ice!

Appliance Man replaced the heating element in our stove. Technician was timely, helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. Communication regarding appt time and arrival was very helpful as well.

We have an issue with Bosch dishwasher. The repair person was very professional, kind and knowledgable. He came in on time and fixed it without any problem. Will definitely work with him again.

The technician showed of promptly, was very courteous very personable that my problem resolved in a matter of minutes. If I ever need need service again I will call them not because of the choice of the warranty company but because they do good work.

Same repair man came out to diagnose and repair our refrigerator freezer of 7 yr old appliance. The gentleman was there 4 times lasting 7 hrs total within their strict hours. Fixes implemented for just under $500 but issues continued. I requested a new technician. Within 20 mins, the new technician diagnosed a completely different issue by just doing a standard diagnostic of pulling the fridge out and shooting temperatures. Repair cost $2000 so the fridge was shot. Tell me that the first time... not the 5th. Don't waste my time and money. Called to address the situation but mgmt did nothing. You are a number and they do not care.

This was the third time we have used appliance man for work on our Bosch refrigerator and steamer. Unfortunately this time did not go as well as the first two times. First off it was a year and 5 days after the last time appliance man was out to fix our refrigerator. So they were nice enough to pay for the parts but not the labor. Give. It was the same problem we scheduled a service time and was told appliance man was waiting for the parts and shifted the service a day. Not a big deal except when they came out they did not have the parts and it was just to verify what the problem was. Now we have to wait another week for the part to come in based on the technicians notes. That saw Sept 24th. When I called to make the next appointment I was told oh sorry the soonest we could be out is Nov 7th. Thats along time to go without a refrigerator. Finally on Nov 6th they came out and in 20 min put in the new part. Total amount of time they were in our house was 20 min for the initial check and 20 min to install a month later. Then we were charged over $400 for labor.

If you can find someone else I would not recommend appliance man.

Aiden the technician was on time, courteous and knowledgeable about our dishwasher. He promptly diagnosed and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I got a next day apt. And a 2 hr window. He was late but let me know he was otw. Did a good job Lost the check I gave him so I had to write another check. I asked him to let me know when he found other so I could destroy it. I have not head back. I asked him about a dishwasher issue and he did not even take a look. He missed another sale!

When my nine month old Wolf six burner duel fuel range blew out its computer module I had no idea how difficult it would be to repair but Appliance Man stuck with it, and though it took three trips, they got it repaired. What impressed me most is that I got kind of pushy about getting it fixed after two attempts (each time the tech accurately reported he needed more parts) and they put up with me!

Only authorized Bosch warranty place around me, so they were booked out (makes sense). I needed repair ASAP so I asked to be added to the waiting list. Lo and behold, they actually did, and they called me a few days later and got me in much sooner. A lot of companies ignore their wait list, but they use it, which is so great. Did a great job communicating throughout. The technician Aidan was an excellent dude. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Very professional and friendly. He did a great job fixing our double oven before Thanksgiving. He even waved the charge for repair because we waited so long got the parts which was such a blessing! Great company will always use them.

My 9 year old Wolf oven lost the ability to heat. Tony came in with decades of knowledge and experience and diagnosed the issue quickly. He replaced the faulty piece and my oven is working perfectly again! The warranty had expired but Wolf stands behind their products and covered the majority of the total cost. The glass window on the door had accumulated lint between the panels and I never felt comfortable taking the door apart to clean it. Tony did that too!! This was above and far beyond my expectations! I would never hesitate to call Appliance Man if the need arises in the future.

Technician was courteous and arrived on time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and he had the necessary part on hand. Refrigerator was fixed within 1 hour. Pretty much all I can ask from a service call. The repair was under warranty, so I can't comment on whether or not the price would have been fair had I paid out of pocket.

Our oven igniter went out shortly after Thanksgiving and with the holiday season in full swing we needed our oven back in working order. Scheduling the appointment was easy and placed for a few day out. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back a couple of hours later that they could squeeze us in for the same day. Our repair technician was friendly and pleasant to talk to. He was efficient with the work and transparent through the process. We felt comfortable and confident with our decision and will have them help us again in the future.

They came along side another vendor in unexpected damage to an appliance. They did great job can't tell anything was damaged. On time good communication. Not sure what this repair cost.
