Reviews of local pros in Willoughby, Ohio

Never got called back.

Efficient service

Always excellent, quick, and affordable. Highly recommend them.

Called them at 9am with a fairly urgent need for a drain snake, and they were at my house by 2pm, quickly solved my problem. Thank you for your help!

Service was fantastic. Immediate response.

Absolutely phenomenal. Heather and her technicians were timely, professional and clean. I would 1000% recommend and would give a 10 star rating.

The service was excellent I had my water heater replaced and two shut off valves. I also had a valve leaking near the water meater he tightened it so no more leaking. The price was very competitive. I would do business with them again.

A J Parker Plumbing & Heating handled the water main leak in my condo with professionalism and understanding. I had issues with my condo association shutting off water outside my condo. AJ Parker was very responsive when the condo association was finally able to get the water turned off. Thier estimate was accurate. I will recommend them to family and friends.

The furnace stopped working in my home during the night. I call A J Parker in the morning to see if they could take a look. They were there in literally 15 minutes. Took care of the issue and did not try to up-sell on anything. Highly recommended.

Heather and the team were very quick and extremely helpful. They were able to replace our main water line shut off valve in a timely fashion, and even helped us figure out another issue we were having with drainage at no cost to us.

These guys repaired our drainage pipes under the house this week. The work was done very well. Not knowing much about plumbing, I felt the cost was fair and didn't feel like I needed to question the cost of the repair. If I have any other plumbing issues in the future, I will use AJ Parker.

So I found A J PARKER. A few years ago when my local plumber retired and moved to Florida.
The have been doing my work a few years now.
Today they repaired a toilet seal and bolts that hold it down sealed around bottom with silicone. You can not tell they were there clean
Neat and on time. They also replaced an upstairs bathroom faucet. They only use quality parts. Even went to supply store to get one to match why my wife wanted sending pictures on phone from store. If you want quality punctual
Plumber you won’t go wrong with this company.
Thanks Heather and Company for another great job well done. 😎

AJ Parker Plumbing and Heating are my Family's go to for all our Plumbung and Heating needs, they are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Unexpectedly today my water valve broke, they went above and beyond to fit me in their busy schedule to make sure my family wasn't without water. I can not thank them enough and they will continue to be our go to provider.

If I could give a 6 star review I would. They repaired my furnace and replaced my water heater. As someone who has never had to deal with anything like this before they took the time to explain everything that was going on in detail. They were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. Super professional and friendly! If I ever need heating or plumbing repairs again, Aj Parker will be my go to!! Highly recommend!!

AJ Parker was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues! Heather and the team took their time and found the real issue with my plumbing system and corrected it! They provided services other reputable services did not and provided exceptional service. They educated me and went above and beyond to assist me! Highly recommend!

Excellent emergency response and quality repair work. Our technician was very courteous and helpful.

My furnace was failing. I called them at 2:00 am. They helped me, and responded fast. I highly recommend them.

I am new to Lake County and do not know who is good and who is not. Therefore, I rely on Google reviews and word of mouth from friends. AJ Parker plumbing was recommended to me by the previous home owner and by a life long resident of Mentor Ohio. I like Neal the main plumber. He obviously knows his craft. I have had them out twice to fix problems. The first time, Neal brought his son out who did a lot of the work. The second time, a woman accompanied him... a relative of the original AJ Parker. Both of Neal's assistants were very good. Their price is for the value received. I strongly recommend AJ Parker for fixing plumbing problems.

Pete was very professional and spent a lot of patient time unclogging our sink with great success.

Excellent service. The Technician Austin replaced and rewired our thermostat/unit and had a TON of knowledge. 100% will be going back for any other needs that come up.

AJ Parker Plumbing is simply the best! The staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. They do supremely quality work in a timely fashion. They are wonderful people to work with.
