The team that arrived was a great. Ensures that you are comfortable with what has been installed and teaches you how to properly use it. Our hot water heater went out and we made the call for service. Within the same day they provided me with an estimate and did the install. professional, reasonably priced, and speedy service.

I can't thank Campbell Plumbing and Drain Cleaning enough. We had a drain leak. They came out the very next day after my call and fixed our sink pronto. They were courteous, Professional, and friendly. They took there shoes off at the door and were quick to get right to the problem. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.

Worst plumber ever. Within four days we needed another plumbing company to complete the work Campbell neglected to do. When I asked him to come back, he intimated that he would probably have to charge another service charge, which is an outageous $125 (compared to $49 at other companies). He said we would soon have to replace our two-year old American Standard toilet, disparaging it because we had bought it at Home Depot and because "it was probably made in China." The replacement plumber said that he himself had bought the same, top-of-the-line toilet and it was fine five years later. Campbell plumbing also said the reason our kitchen sink was blocked was because we use too much dish detergent, which, he claimed clogs pipes. It was a wholly unsatisfactory, overly expensive, personally insulting episode.

WONDERFUL!! Start to finish. Campbell Plumbing took care of our problem, and saved us thousands of dollars compared to other plumbers.

We had a different plumbing company come out in November and told us our main sewer line was broken and needed to be replaced (after using camera and snaking). After not hearing from that company for months and considering the size of the project, my husband and I decided to get as many quotes as possible.

Campbell Plumbing was who we chose because they were the only ones who came prepared, were knowledgeable without the hassle of trying to upsell us. They ran the camera and hydro-jetted the line removing tons of tree roots. Campbell discovered that the "break" in our sewer line was actually a clean-out. They marked it in the lawn for us. This saved us THOUSANDS of dollars that we, quite frankly, wouldn't be able to afford.

Knowing the run-around we have gotten from other companies, they made sure to take care if us from start to finish. The cherry on top was that they gave us a veteran discount. Vincent and his trainee were professional, easy to work with, and really made life easy for us.

We can now take long showers while the dishwasher is running. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Campbell plumbing!

I can't say enough great things about Scott and Campbell Plumbing. We have 2 little boys and our water heater died at the worst of times. We contacted Campbell Plumbing for help and Scott was absolutely amazing to deal with from first to contact to the end of the job. They are clean, courteous, professional and friendly.

We were given an estimate over the phone and a two-hour time frame for the next day’s appointment. They took my number and called when they were on the way. I contacted Campbell Plumbing because I was referred by a friend, and I’m glad I did. I called after hours, not because it was an emergency, but because I wanted to make sure I spoke with someone first thing the next business day. Even though my message said it was not an emergency I got a call back that evening, within an hour! I was scheduled for the following day and he arrived right on time. Have used Campbell Plumbing 3 times in the last few months. The first two were emergency calls - 1) sink drain clogged and 2) septic alarm and pump shutdown. Came for the drain, same day and snaked until clear. Came same day when I called about the septic (Sunday!!) got pump started until replacement parts could be shipped. Came the day they received parts and installed. Third call was scheduled for a sink replacement - they were done in no time at all and cleaned up any mess they may have made.

Campbell Plumbing came to my rescue today. I was having a problem with my bathtub draining extremely slow and the bathroom sink backing up into the bathtub. I called Sunday and left a voicemail, which goes directly to the owner, Scott. I received a prompt call back and explained my issue. We discussed my options and since I could wait we agreed upon an appointment Monday at 8:30am. Scott was at my house exactly when he said he'd be. He discussed the first thing he wanted to do was to snake my drain as he believes this will solve the issue. He also informed me that he would discuss any other work if needed before he did it. Scott was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I was lucky in that his first solution solved my drain problem. I would highly recommend Campbell Plumbing and would absolutely use again if the need arises.
