I just relocated to Ohio and the home i purchased needed a little work done on the plumming, When I say I called this man today for service, and not only did he show up on a very busy day for him, he was on time!, very polite man, he took his time to explain things to me I otherwise would not have known.

I can tell he's full of experience and loves to make an honest living this man deserves 5 stars.

Called for a fix to a refrigerator line that had been leaking. Tim was able to get in to check it out same day, diagnosed that and other issues the previous plumber left behind on the main, and gave a reasonable quote to address it all. When the next slot opened up, w/i 48 business hours of our initial call, it was fixed in a half day with his team. Gave us an education, did solid work, and I feel really confident in the repairs. 11/10 will call again on the next adventure.

Hatz plumbing has come to our rescue twice in a week. They have been so kind, communicative and prompt in helping us with a leaking bath as well as repairing a gas leak. They do great work and are more than trustworthy.
