The plumbing techs from Campbell Plumbing are prompt and punctual. They are also very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been a home owner for over 30 years and have dealt with a number of plumbing contractors but it wasn't until yesterday June 17, 2021 that I found "my plumbers" at Campbell Plumbing. If you are in need of any plumbing repair or installation these are the guys to call. They will not disappoint you ever!!

I can't say enough good things about Campbell Plumbing. I had a decent steady flow of water leaking on a shut off valve on a Friday.

I called Campbell's 3 pm Fri and they came out, tightened a bolt on the valve, sprayed the bolt and said they can come back and replace the valve another time. Pat prepped my outdoor spigots for winter.

A little background: another plumbing co apparently sent a novice who didn't know to tighten the bolt. He left the leak he started, and was not coming back until Wednesday of next week to repair the valve. They were charging 350.

Campbell wants to replace the valve for far less and just made sure the leak was fixed for me today. Campbell did not charge me for tightening the bolt but they hope to gain my business. Campbell has gained a customer for life. I will refer everyone I can to them.

I was super happy with the service I received from Campbell Plumbing! I had water leaking into my basement and they were able to get to my house the same day I called. Scott was so nice and professional. He easily identified the issue was with a seal in my toilet. He made the repair and did a nice job cleaning up. It was a huge relief to the issue fixed so quickly! Thanks Scott!!!

Service was fine, professional, and on time. Unfortunately given the price point, I think i may have to look elsewhere in the future. Standard sump pump maintenance was $350 for a routine 45 minute weekday appointment, non-emergency.

Originally, I had another company come out to assess a plumbing issue that caused sewage to back up into my floor drain. This other company estimated the repair to take 2 days and cost $10,000. A friend recommended I contact Campbell plumbing to take a second look before moving forward. In about 30 minutes, Campbell plumbing was able to remove roots from my plumbing and move the blockage that was causing the backup. I am BEYOND THANKFUL for their honesty and hard work. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely recommend if you want honest work done.

I have had Campbell’s come to clean out tree roots in pipes and for a new hot water tank. Scott is awesome and the whole team is professional, efficient and kind. I highly recommend Campbell’s Plumbing!

Phenomenal service from start to finish! John and Tyler arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and completed the work efficiently! They explained all options and gave a reasonable recommendation. I can tell they take pride in their work! They will be first on my list for plumbing needs going forward!

Tim Hatzidakis , the owner , was supposed to come on 3/16 Monday , at 5 pm to look at the job. I made arrangements to leave work early (normally work till 7 pm), come home and wait for him. He didn't show up. At 5:15 pm I texted and asked if he was coming, at 5:45 pm got an answer "No, sorry. The day is running late". This was not nice, Tim, good luck to your business...

Tim and the crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were very professional, and were easy to communicate with. Pricing was also lower than competition.

The owner, Tim, was able to identify issues that other plumbers had missed, which would have cost me a lot more time and money had he not found them. Tim is the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. Tim examines the issue after arriving promptly and took the time to explain some of the quirks of the 100 year home we just recently purchased. We discussed what the varying options were and then had a recap on how to best move forward after the work was done, as the pipes and design itself are causing the issue. He made the draining better and also cleaned up. I am happy that he was recommended to us. Great guy and amazing professional.
