Tom Schaefer plumbing is an excellent plumbing source. Starting with Brook and Grace who managed beautifully our multiple appointments to Ben and James who were extraordinary technicians who managed multiple plumbing issues. They were terrific, kind and knowledgeable employees. We are the lucky ones to have them so efficiently solve all of our plumbing problems.Thank you!!❤️ We also had another toilet go on the Frits this week and always Tom Schaefer Plumbing came to the .rescue. Blake and Brandon came right away and fixed the problem beautifully. Both Blake and Brandon were excellent in every way.They were lovely to have in our home. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We are the lucky ones to have such an excellent company to rely on. Thank you Tom Schaefer!!!!

I hate to give any negative review but I just had a loose fitting. My furnace is only 3 years old and when he showed me the leak, it was pretty obvious what was happening due to the rust. I was charged $65 service charge and $165 and hour to take of a panel shine a flashlight for 20 min when the leak presented itself right away and the tighten a fitting. Sigh… just a lot of money.

Call TSP on a Saturday after Christmas! Hope for a christmas miracle! And Tom and his crew did not disappoint. Brandon drawing the short straw and working the weekend, came out the a 6 unit condo building and easily and quickly resolved our plumbing problem! Tom Schaefer Plumbing always tries to provide service as quickly as possible. I have used them for a variety of issues over the years. The employees have always been pleasant and considerate. The work done is very good and will make sure you are satisfied. Also, management works with you when necessary. This is a stand up company from top to bottom. The latest work I had done was getting my combo boiler for an annual checkup. Also, toilets and faucets in the past.

Basement drain blockage was cleared, used a camera, very professional and fair. Brandon was a very nice young man who did his best to give me a fair price and great service. Blockage was cleared fully, and I have confidence in their company. They were also clean and no debris was left behind. Courteous and professional. Thanks!

I have a steam boiler and after calling four different heating and cooling companies and nobody had a technician that could help me. I called Tom Schaefer and not only did they call me back when they said they were but they showed up earlier than expected and fixed the boiler. So appreciative of their professionalism and commitment to seeing the job through. Five Stars

One of the coldest days of winter our furnace stopped working. I called Tom Schaefer Plumbing and they had a HVAC technician to my house within the hour to help me get our furnace working again! I've been using Tom Shaefer Plumbing for years at my home and my work. Most recently, we contracted them at my company in Highland Hts. to repair a collapsed sewer line. I also hired the HVAC branch of the company to replace 3 heat exchangers in rooftop HVAC units. Definitely a full service company!! Their prices and service are always the best! I would highly recommend Tom Schaefer Plumbing! We had previously hired 2 plumbers that didn't know how to fix the pipes for our RO system. Tom Schaefer Plumbing was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and had all supplies with him. Also the scheduling staff were polite in booking our appointment. I called Tom Schaefer because they were recommended by a friend. Our furnace went out and with the extremely low temperature it made us very nervous. From the first contact I was impressed and knew I had made the right call. They made it out sooner than we expected and were able to properly diagnose the issue and fix the furnace on the spot.
