Overholt performed their semi-annual careful check/evaluation of my systems and equipment EXACTLY as promised...on the right day and at the right time. The review and necessary work was handled by Brian who is a true professional...friendly, courteous, informative and totally professional in doing his "thing." When he had finished there were no "traces" left behind which might have indicated some haste and/or a lack of care in performing his work. I could not ask for anything more. Overholt does it right...every time!

Brad Overholt and his helpers did a fantastic job installing my new furnace and ac! And he fixed a challenging leaky plumbing problem. It was a pleasure doing business with this skilled, courteous, and thoroughly professional company.

Davon, The service tech was absolutely fantastic. He had a delightful attitude, very professional and found the problem within five minutes. In this day and age of service techs not always being recommended, he is one of the best.

I had a new hot water tank installed. Overholt was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. They completed the job quickly, cleaned everything up and disposed of my old tank. I am very pleased with Overholt and also use them for maintenance of my heater as well. I highly recommend them.

Overholt Is a top-notch company that my husband and I have been using for years, both for the installation of our furnace and air conditioning, and for annual maintenance. Their staff have consistently provided outstanding service. Every time we deal with them, a friendly secretary calls before their arrival, and when the technician arrives he puts shoe covers on to enter the home, explains what he's there to do, and does it efficiently and properly--we've never had a single problem with their work. We met Brad, the Owner, about getting a new air conditioner since our Lennox A/C wasn’t working well. He quoted us a fair price. His installers came and were terrific. All was great. After two weeks we noticed our old thermostat was off several points. We called and ended up getting a new one which I assumed was covered. We had to pay for a new one. After signing the contract, we never saw the Owner again. I would have thought he would have checked with us to see if everything was okay, that was the only thing I was unhappy about. Our old Trane furnace provided no heat. The flame would go out after a few minutes. Technician Devan came out and diagnosed the trouble. He had the main control board in the van and completed the repair in one trip. No panic. Great people.

We are a home with a good HVAC system but we had a few bad experiences with our former service provider. We asked for recommendations from friends a few years back, and are SO HAPPY we listened.

When my AC broke they were able to install a new unit within 2 days to minimize my discomfort without air conditioning. When they come to my home they are timely, professional and very respectful. Overholt has serviced our AC and boiler for over 25 years, and has done a great job. Enzo did a wonderful job of getting our boiler ready for winter. He answered all of our questions, and checked out one area we were concerned about, making sure everything was working well. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and very respectful of us and our home. We would receommend them without reservation.

Furnace maintenance done today. Once again, these young men are professional, friendly, follow CoVid protocol, and just do an amazing job. They are always kind as well. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

I have used Overholt for 23 years. They have been amazing. They are responsive, professional, respectful to your home, and are very knowledgeable about more than just heating and A/C. And, they offer suggestions in many price ranges.
We had to replace our water heater and fix our gas fireplace this year. Devon, technician, has been amazing in his skill and is just a very nice young man. I have trusted Brad, the owner, with keys to my Dad's house and would do so with his technicians as well. These guys rock!

Our experience with Overholt, HVAC has been excellent. Our technician Devon was on point and he answered all of our questions. He was a true professional. Their office professional Molly was adaptive and courteous in navigating my scheduling pinch points. I would recommend Overholt HVAC to anyone who has any kind of concern for their heating and air-conditioning, as well as some assistance with venting and sealing for their hot water tank. Devan the tech was great. Very personable. Knowledgeable and respectful. Great rates. Repair went smoothly and recommended services I knew that were needed at a very affordable rate. I will be using Overholt again and recommend them highly. I will also request Devan. Today June 3, 2022 once again ac needed attention. I called and spoke with Molly she was sad to tell me that the earliest she could schedule an appoint would be next week on Friday. Sad but understandable. A bit later we spoke again and Molly informed me that My favorite tech Devan was quickly and efficiently caring for his clients and would be able to fit me into his schedule at the end of his day. Bless Devan. He arrived on time with his cheerful demeanor and immediately set to work to diagnose the issue and effect repair. Devan repaired my ac and again was thorough and efficient. Solid company. Good communication, punctual, effective and efficient. Most of the time it’s hard to find any place that can offer one or two of those qualities. They service my AC/Furnace for a residential property. Annual maintenance service 4 years and going.

Called Overholt due to their reviews. Devan, our service tech, was AWESOME!!!! He showed up on time. Explained everything he was going to do. Showed us the issues we are having and explained the options. I was worried he was going to try and sell us new units cause ours are 23 years old.... he didn't!! He did a through cleaning. Even put new insulation on our pipes outside. That to me is added "above and beyond" service that was unexpected. I'm hoping to get Devan again for our furnace inspection come fall.

The man who performed the services was friendly and efficient. He made it a comfortable process. I have had nothing but stellar visits over the years of utilizing Overholt. Highly recommend!
