So the Trane (by far the best) purchased in 2008 has been finicky lately. Of course when Brad came a couple of times it ran perfectly. So I called Wednesday and Barry and is it Dylan? came. Barry diagnosed the problem right away. My time at the house is limited but they came back Thursday about noon. It was fixed in no time. I am thrilled! Those boys are great! Thank you "Big O". They also gave me a heads up on carbon monoxide detectors--they are not all the same.

Quick service time, friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and just the right amount of technology integration to keep things running smoothly. I like the automated texts that let you know when the technician is on the way as well as their use of ipads for a detailed breakdown of service costs and on the spot payment.

Called them around 3pm yesterday and They were able to come at 8am today. Arrived right on time. Diagnosed the issue within an hour. Went to valley view from Euclid to get the part and my heat was working within 3 hours. Very quick and very grateful for the promptness with this approaching snow storm.

Our thermostat was not coming on when it should have. Enzo came and fixed the problem, then explained why it wasn’t working. So, he not only solved the problem, but he also educated us as to the reason it happened, and how to keep it from happening again. My take away, regular yearly tuneups. I will be putting this on my calendar.

We had a fantastic experience with Overholt. We simply needed somebody to walk us through the ins and outs of having a boiler as the main heat source in a house (we had never had one before). Ba;rry Kingery was the man for the job! He very patiently explained everything we needed to know about the boiler, how to light the pilot light if we ever needed to and other various things to look out for.

Provided a good explanation of my options for repair and then solved the issue before other companies had even called me back. Honestly, never seen a companies receptionist make it so difficult for me to discuss a sales call for upgrading all of the ac units at a nursing facility. When someone wants to speak with a knowledgeable person of a huge job before sending in random companies to a NURSING facility, please dont make it that difficult. I explained to her that i dont want anyone going in to our facility without first discussing with us, the corporate office and learning what our needs are first. She insisted the owner will not want to talk to us and just go in and see for himself??
