I have used Prime Cleaning for years now. I first found them for a deep clean because we were selling our house and were having an open house. They did such an amazing job!! Ever since we moved we started having them come monthly. Their attention to detail really helps me maintain throughout the month! They really do it all!!! I cannot recommend them enough! Amazing cleanings, kind and courteous staff, I've never been dissatisfied!!!!!

My husband had a stroke and I needed the house cleaned quickly as out of state guests were arriving. Prime Cleaning came the same day I reached out and look at how clean they made my home, everything sparkles and smells amazing. I will use again and again and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I can’t speak highly enough about the excellent job Kelvin and Carol did on my home. I asked them to focus on my kitchen and bathrooms as those are hard for me to do. Everything is spotless and shining!!! Kelvin made the shower look brand new. They were polite and brought everything they needed. I will definitely have them back to do the rest of the rooms in the spring.

Thank God for Tom. Came home to find my cat stuck up a tree about 50+ feet. I made several calls to other places I thought could help, but no luck. Then I called Trappers Tree Service. It was about 8:30p, but they answered the phone right away and gave me some great advise. He put me at ease and was very professional, as he had alot of personal experience with this situation. We talked briefly about their emergency tree services also, so if I ever have a "tree down" emergency, or just routine tree care, these are my people. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Tom!

I was so disappointed with my experience with this company. One of the workers came to my house on April 11 to discuss expectations with a tree that needed to be trimmed. At the end of our discussion, we agreed the work would be done and that I would receive confirmation from the office regarding the schedule. I didn't hear anything the rest of the week, so left a message on April 14 asking if I was indeed on the schedule for services. When I still didn't receive a response, I sent an email on April 17 stating I would like my tree to be trimmed, and would like to get on the schedule. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls over the next week asking for confirmation -- and never received it. On April 21, after having received no response from anyone, I reached out to another company to schedule services and notified Whole Tree Care that I no longer needed them to perform any work at my home. It was only then that I received a phone call from the owner of the company stating the work was completed that day and the tree was trimmed. He went on to explain the office manager was on vacation. I understand that workers go on vacation, and that is completely fine, but if there is only one person in the entire office responding to emails / phone requests, an out of office message would have been nice. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I was shocked to have one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in quite awhile.

I was so impressed with Tom's assessment of my tree trimming needs. After the work was done , I though it looked good ,but was a little unsure if they cut all that need to be trimmed . Tom came out and explained to me in great detail my concerns . I'am happy with his explanation , and would recommend this company to anyone.

I needed an assessment of some trees on my lot that are diseased. Tom arrived promptly, and gave me a thorough evaluation of the trees. He told me that they have a disease that can't be treated. Was very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. The evaluation was free, and he did not use any high pressure sales to try to sell me anything. His detailed knowledge and explaination was very impressive and helpful!! Highly recommended.

Tom Taber 's company is top notch in the game period. I had a concern with a tree and called Tom regarding it. Tom came out and inspected the tree and advised me on what should be done to correct the issue. How did he know what to do you ask? He is a certified arborist and knows his trade well. Tom also advised me it was NOT necessary to remove the tree, but only a crown reduction would help stabilize and make the tree safe as it was still very much alive and well, it just needed some attention. This procedure not only saved me alot of money, but it allowed the tree to continue to live many more years providing shade, oxygen and a home to Ohio's native wildlife. I'm no tree hugging hippie, but I hate useless tree demolition as it doesn't help our environment. If the tree needed to come down, I believe Tom would've told me so as in my best interest. Tom's crew came out, addressed the tree and we're gone and left no trash, debris or tore anything up (it was as if nobody was ever even there). The tree was addressed just as we had discussed and I have no issues with the work that was done. Look them up and look no more for your tree care solutions. Thanks Tom and your crew. Trapper's Tree Service is completely awesome. Tom answered my emergency call on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a snow storm. He secured the tree that was about to fall on my house and a few days later, with his amazing crew, took it safely down.

We live on a densely wooded lot, and we always count on Tom's knowledge and experience to have our trees diagnosed for disease, treated, and taken out if necessary. He has the equipment to trim and remove even the largest trees. Tom and his staff are very professional and neat, and Tom is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Tom provided the emergency response after a huge oak tree fell on our home, crushing our family room. He went above and beyond; he was honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He and his crew were efficient in the tree removal. I reached out to him several months later to get his advice on another tree and his response was immediate. He reviewed the photos and gave me the information I needed to solve the problem at no charge. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

The quote was well under what I expected, the job (tree removal and trim) was done in a timely manner and Tom's crew was very easy to work with. If you ever need any tree service, call these guys! Seriously, awesome company. We had a huge tree that quickly became quite dangerous & needed it removed asap. Tom(owner) did us a huge solid & pulled off a miracle timeline. He stayed in constant contact with me from my very first call even though it was the weekend, his wife was out of town & had two sick kids on his hands. They did a fantastic & quick job of it. Besides the tree being gone & some sawdust, ya' wouldn't have even known they were there. Can't say enough about him & his company. Hands down, they'll be my first & only call in the future & first recommendation to anyone in need of tree service. So please, send him your business!

Trapper's Tree service is GREAT! They're true professionals who know how to do everything trees and more! They trimmed an old 70' Black Walnut that was dropping it's nuts on my new roof. To prevent damage, they trimmed it back, gave it a proper Arborist's touch, and it looks great. The comforting thing is that I know it was done right by professionals who take the whole health of the tree into consideration. During the consultation, there were parts of the tree that they actually recommended keeping to maintain the integrity of the balance and health of the tree. What's more: I wanted to keep the cut limbs for backyard fires and to my surprise, when I got the bill, they had also given me a bit of a break on the price! What a great customer experience! I'd definitely use them again.

Trapper's Tree Service provided prompt and excellent service. They came out for an emergency call during a wind storm to remove a tree. Our tree started to fall and was on the edge of falling and damaging our property. Trappers came out within an hour or two to remove it before it fell and caused damage to the property. They were fast, professional, and extremely careful when removing the tree. They did a great job and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Tom and team do an amazing job. Everything was explained to me and laid out in a manner where I felt comfortable with work being done and felt empowered to do my own research.
