I used this carpet cleaning service on a number of occasions and they were extremely late every single time. I never got any sort of apology or even a phone call to let me know they would be late. The last time I will ever use them was when I hired them to clean my concrete floors. I was charged an obscene $285 and when the floor dried, it looked worse than before it was cleaned!! I called to let them know I was dissatisfied and they said they would come back the next morning. 4 hours after they were supposed to be there, I found a card on my front porch saying they were sorry they missed me...I was at home though!! I didn't get a phone call, a knock at the door or a ring of the door bell. That was the last time I will wait on this company! Terribly unprofessional.

Tim cleaned the grout in my kitchen. It looks like a new floor! We always use Exceptional Carpet Cleaning for our carpet and couches because they always do a wonderful job. I can now recommend them for grout cleaning.

First time customer. Used their low moisture method. Very satisfied. Carpet dried more quickly than previous company we used; some areas needed fans to help dry but overall seemed like an improved method. Carpet feels soft. Looks bright. Pets stains gone!
