Way over priced for what I received. This is the second time we’ve used this company. The first time was good. There were a few spots that I understand couldn’t be removed. We have a big family and animals so there’s bound to be some stubborn stains. Had them come out this time and the service was way different. I was cleaning the kitchen beside the living room and every time I looked up the man was scrolling his phone absently sticking the vacuum to the fabric so I’d think he was working. He was at the house for 45 mins charged 245 (that’s the discounted special) and while he was really nice, he did a half worthwhile job. Disappointed.

WASTE OF TIME. I was scheduled 10:00 to noon. The employee Jeremy very kind. Informed me he was having issues with the machine and he would be running late. Then message me later and said there were issues with the vehicle so he would be running late. He finally came the vehicle he was in ended up spraying water everywhere. Apparently there's only five Vans at the location in the city and every one of them are not working. Not his fault. The only day I was able to take off and because of POOR MANAGEMENT I am stuck losing more money than what I was going to pay for my carpets to get cleaned which was almost $300 worth of carpet cleaning. So not only did I miss out on a day of work but I'm stuck with my carpet still needing cleaned and everything off of the floors. It's just a big disappointment. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone and the person who recommended me here is disappointed as well.

Nate serviced our home and was on-time, kind, and easy to work with! Our sectional looks like new and Nate explained the process and pricing clearly! I shopped around before choosing them and the price was reasonable.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I understand that not all stains can be removed, but the results were so poor that my carpets still look like they need to be cleaned. Every room looks dirty.

I was also charged an oversized room fee for a space that is under 250 sq. ft. My area rug not only looks no cleaner but is now misshapen. I got the run around from three representatives who seemed to have no interest in making things right. Horrible customer service.

I had a great experience. The technician was very informative and helpful. He took great care to make sure everything was done perfectly and that the carpet would be to my satisfaction. Before and after photos really show how well they did!

I had four rooms and the tile in the kitchen cleaned. It only took about an hour and a half! The result is absolutely stunning! Great experience!

I had a horrible cat blood stain in a bedroom, our technician worked for an hour on that spot without charging me. My den carpet has not looked this clean and stain free since it was new carpet. Great job, great service and happy with the results!
