Loved the ease of scheduling, able to book next day if I wanted, very fast service, wonderful customer service. He did a phenomenal job of cleaning the dog odor and some stains out of our bedroom. Would definitely use again for carpet cleanings in the future.

We had our carpets cleaned in the afternoon on May 8th and by the morning of May 11th the stains that we paid extra to have treated were already coming back up & visible.

I emailed the company and have yet to receive a response.

The tech seemed to be in a hurry, we had a 3:00pm appointment, he called at 1:00pm and said he was coming by early. He seemed to be in a rush through the appointment while he was there. As I was paying for the carpet cleaning, he mentioned our house was the last appointment for him that day. I feel like maybe this would explain the stains coming back up so quickly, he was in a rush to be finished for the day.

They did a fantastic job. We have had our carpets done twice by them and both times the service was excellent. The technicians were knowledgeable and very patient with my children asking a million questions. I would highly recommend them.

Steven arrived right on time and majorly transformed my carpet before my family comes in next week. Now I can focus on more enjoyable preparations. This guy makes your company look good. Kudo time!! Thanks so much, Steven!!

John came to the house we just moved my mom out of. The carpet is 37 years old. It’s impossible to make it look like new, but he got out a lot of stains that have been there for awhile. Very pleased.

I am beyond impressed with the service we received from Matt at Zerorez! He did an incredible job explaining the entire cleaning process, and the results speak for themselves. Our large sectional couch looks brand new, and the carpets came out spotless—complete with those satisfying, beautiful cleaning lines (you know the ones!).

I had previously used another company out of Edmond, but after this experience, I won’t be going back. I initially called Zerorez just to have our sectional cleaned and decided to add on the carpets—so glad I did. Both turned out better than I could have expected.

Wade was our service tech carpet guy and he was awesome. Wife said he was super friendly very focused laser focused on our problem areas and did an outstanding job. Can’t say enough about you guys had somebody out last year to do some cleaning and not even in the same league thanks guys.
