My carpet was stained and very dirty and after reading the reviews on these gentlemen I decided on them. They did a fantastic job and my stained and dirty carpet and made it look better than when we moved in. I also had my tile cleaned and the grout looks better than new. My house looks like a different house thanks to them! I would and am going to recommend them to everyone.

Great service and attention to detail. Pride is obvious. I have known Tim for over 35 years and he's got an inspirational work ethic and complete knowledge of his industry. He always comes through and this company reflects his integrity. I have been in construction 42 years and appreciate the contractors you can count on. Not the cheapest but you always get what you pay for. Exceptional!

Tim and Wayne cleaned our office carpet that had been used by outdoor working oil and gas technicians. Of course it was stained and extremely dirty in several offices. The cleaned carpet and the hallway / entry flooring and everything looks great! Would highly recommend!

I called Tim to see if I could get my rug cleaned and he was super educational about what was possible for it. After having me send him some photos of the rug he let me know that while he could remove the dirt and oils, that the fibers would not be able to return to looking new in the same way. Also that if I wanted to use a rake on the carpet it could help the fibers stand back up a bit. He was so kind and if I ever need a carpet cleaned I will definitely be calling him again!

Unfortunately I don’t have before and after pictures but just trust me when I say the Lord’s work was done on our living room furniture. It had 3 years worth of toddler stains on them and they look brand new now. A pleasure to work with. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Fortunately for us, Exceptional Carpet Cleaning was able to come clean carpets, wood, brick, and tile floors so the house could be listed. The floors looked so refreshed when they finished! I’m so thankful I found this company.

These guys are top notch! I have used other carpet cleaning and grout companies and didn’t do near the job Tim and his team did!! They got red dirt out of carpet and grout!!!
