Typically, when I schedule service with a company And they give you a window of arrival, they’re usually late. Nate contacted me prior to the estimate arrival time and arrived Super early. I really appreciate that because I’m a half hour early type of guy at whatever I do. Nate was really cool and wanted to make sure I understood the process. Then before I knew it I looked out and he was loading up the truck with his gear. He didn’t wanna come back inside so he didn’t step on the floor. Which I really appreciate. He’s just an awesome guy and he did a phenomenal job. Then he measured for the next time he’s gonna do the rest of my house.

Very nice job. Zerorez technician did well with the carpets, cleaning each room thoroughly to where the carpets looked brand new afterwards! Technician was also well timed with his professional steam cleaner and his technique.

Came out the very next day to clean my carpets offered prompt, friendly service at an affordable price. The technician Jon was wonderful and explained the whole process

I hired professionals bc I was hoping to get better results than what I could doing it myself. I was very disappointed in the results. You can still see where the bed was.

Seemd he quicklky swiped the cleanetr on the floor and was done. He didnt take time to pereciontly clean the carper. Most of my floor is covered up and he trief to charge ne almost 200 more dollars for pet cleaning. He eas professonal and nice.

Terrific, fast service and extremely thorough, friendly service technician. Our carpets look beautiful again and we like the peace of mind knowing they are all natural- safest for carpets, people and our pets. They worked very well with us from the first phone call and quickly rescheduled when we ran into a timing conflict. We’ll use them from now on!
