No show for the appointment, then got a call from the tech that they were too busy for such a small repair.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Blake and Zack did a great job. We plan to use them again should the need arise.

Well the guys had a vehicle for sale on Craigslist ,I went over and met a guy name Blake , he really didn't know much about the vehicle and that he was selling for the owner of the plumbing outfit the car was inside the building he told me that everything was good on truck and that if anything was wrong to give him a call and they would fix the problem. Well here I sit 2700 00 later and a truck that will not move . I've tried to contact the guys and they will not answer any questions I have . These guys never held up they're end of the bargain . Crooks is all I have on these guys .

Due to the recent sub zero temperatures, one of the valves that runs to the sprinkler system burst, and I had a mess. I called several plumbers, and everyone was "too busy" with broken pipes etc to come and help me. However, when I called Stone Creek they said they were busy but would get to me yet that day. Two of the nicest journeymen came to my rescue and explained everything. I had to end up replacing my water heater, which we found was still under warranty. They went above and beyond to get my water heater fixed and take care of the valve. I truly appreciate all the help!

I had a break, with roots clogging my main line, 8 ft underground at the city connection. I requested quotes from several plumbers. Stone Creek was responsive and friendly, and made a competitive offer. They completed the work within a couple of days, got good pictures of the progress, and cleaned up well, afterwards. No hidden fees or charges. I can easily recommend them.
