These guys haven't been the cheapest plumbers I've found, though they aren't the most expensive either. What they are, is reliable and flexible, and that's worth an extra couple bucks. After several days of leaks and 4 plumbers failing to come through, Herman's came when they said they would, clearly communicated what was going on, and worked around my schedule. They are now my go-to plumber.

They knew it was a all day service and they sent someone out at 1pm to waste my time. What was the point for him to even come out.Thanks for leaving me with no air conditioning at 96 degrees weather.

Haven't actually used them but it made me happy when I saw their work van with the sticker, "you are enough"

I have used Herman’s plumbing twice (edit: 5 or 6 times now). Each time I was able to easily and quickly get them scheduled. Most of the appointments have been same day. Everyone was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and everything was well communicated.

Was being jerked around relentlessly by my property management company over a flood upstairs and these dudes came to the rescue!

What a great and professional team. Will use again if I ever have more shenanigans w this house. I really liked how fast/ reliable they were (they came 3 hours early which was amazing) and how they explained everything in a simple manner to where I could understand exactly what was going on.

Came out the same day I had an emergency. Cassidy fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone.

I was having difficulty locating a hard to find part. Tom Ellis found the part and had it the next day. His customer service skills are exemplary!

Typical locke supply always knowledgeable and friendly

Called and spoke to two different experts at Locke supply number 34 in Edmond OK. Neither of them were aware that there are two different sizes of replacement parts for an outside faucet vacuum break. One kept insisting that I had not fully disassembled the vacuum break. Solution was to go to Amazon website and find a product that included both sizes. The older size is known as an asse 1019 part.

I was doing some DIY plumbing repairs and brought in a cartridge from my shower that needed replacing. I talked to an employee behind the counter and he was able to take me straight to the part. He also mentioned that with my problem, it’s typically the seats and springs that are the cause, which were just a couple dollars extra, so I picked those up, too. Turns out the seats and springs replacement alone fixed it, and it only cost me $4 in parts, after I went back to return the cartridge. He didn’t have to give me the extra advice, but I’m sure glad he did. I highly recommend this place.

The manager makes his own rules. Does what he wants and the CEO let's him run it in the ground. I use Morrison's supply house now they deliver . they treat me like a real customer and I get better deals . ask for David and he will take great care of you . I'd never use Locke supply house again I been in the plumbing and HVAC business for over 25 years . Hi tech is the best plumbing co in Edmond okla. And Morrison's supply house is the best .

Not that I believe for a minute Locke management and ownership cares what type of reviews they receive but, to save other customers the same experience, shop anywhere else. The Edmond Locke employees are complacent, bordering on rude, and YOU’LL need to ask the right questions to get the right answer. If they don’t enjoy customer-facing positions, why not find another job?!

Major attitude problems. Definitely looking into other supply houses. 4 people at the registers only one working and thats still half ass. Unfriendly as soon as you walk in the door amd talk to you like a dog.

I love Locke Supply employees. Super helpful, every time, and will even joke around and cut up with ya for a laugh, which is important too. I enjoy this store and the Bethany store 👍🏼

These guys were amazing! Cheapest out of everyone and everyone had the EXACT same equipment. They were fast, respectful and cleaned up their area wonderfully.
