Our water heater wasn’t working due to the winter weather. Cody and Casey came out promptly and helped us assess the situation. They were friendly, courteous and helpful!

Cody was really nice and chill and it didn't take him too long to fix the shower head. Took him 10 minutes to fix with no problem.

We’ve recently relocated from California where we had to wait for plumbers to come and they are not punctual. Big State Plumbing arrived on time and listened to our needs. Cory and his partner were polite and gave a good vibe. This was an initial quote visit so I can not speak to their work yet.

Our toilet was backing up in our shower. I called 4 plumbing companies at 10pm. Big state was 1 of 2 companies that called me back. They had availability the next morning. Kevin and Cody were very professional and they got our situation handled until they can get us scheduled for a dig to remove roots. We will 100% recommend and use then in the future!!

Cody and Jacob were absolutely awesome. We had a horrible experience with MDO trying to get a new range installed and it was a nightmare. Those fellas took care of our range install so quickly, and were super nice too. Will 100% be using this company for any plumbing needs moving forward.

Needed a new water heater and should have called Big State right away, unfortunately I called another company out first who quoted a replacement WAY too high. After another full day of cold showers I messaged Big State after hours and got an immediate response. I was told a tech would be out in the morning to get me squared away with a new 50 gallon tank at what I thought was a more reasonable price. Cody showed up and was eager to help. Turned out the new 50 gallon tank would not fit in the tight space the previous tank had been incorrectly installed. Longer story short Cody got me hooked up the same day with a tankless system after I inquired about it versus the traditional tank. I appreciated her was determined to get the new tank to fit and didn't try to up sale me. Glad I have a new go to plumbing company

TimBur was respectful of our time and was responsive when we needed. Tim got in and got the job done even in 100+ degree weather.

I’ve used TimBur Plumbing multiple times now to fix severe plumbing issues at my aging townhome, most recently on 10 Feb 2025. He has been punctual and professional with each service call. He fixed issues well and walked me through afterwards to inspect the work. His pricing is very competitive. Will use again in the future for plumbing needs. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Tim! He replaced the broken flush valve on our toilet and also did a few extras like tightening the floor bolts and neatly caulking around where the water line comes out of the wall. He also took the time to explain to us how the parts wear over time, how long the repair should last, and the signs of a failing part. We had expressed an interest in doing the repair ourselves in the future, and he took the time to explain each step of the repair and even wrote out instructions. When we further questioned him about how to drain our hot water tank, he took further time to explain step by step how to do that while I videoed him. And he only charged us for 30 min! And I think he had to drive quite far to get to our house. We really appreciate him. He will have all of our plumbing business in the future!
