Hot or Not Plumbing helped us out during a really stressful week when our kitchen faucet decided to give out completely. Eric showed up right on time, greeted us with a smile, and immediately put us at ease. He walked me through what went wrong and even gave a few tips to help prevent future issues. While he worked, he noticed our water pressure was lower than normal and took the extra time to check it, which turned out to be a small fix that made a huge difference. The pricing was fair, the work was top notch, and you could tell he really cared about the quality of the job. It felt less like hiring a stranger and more like having a old friend help out.

Called Eric early this morning to see about solving a drainage problem that was causing a leak into our bedroom. He correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and was at our home within two hours. He cleaned out the drain promptly and voila no more backup! He was professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling him again!

Eric did extensive work at my (cough cough) vintage home during a remodel.
It was built in the 1920’s, has a crawl space and the original sewer & water line.
Definitely a challenge!

He stayed on budget.
Did excellent & clean work.
Communicated well thru the entire process.
He even pointed out a few items I wasn’t aware needed addressed (accordion drains I think they were called) and gave me the option to repair them while he was already at my job.

My fixtures look fantastic and I sleep well knowing I won’t have any issues with sewer lines backing up into my home!

Would 100% use them again.
