We had someone come into our back yard and steal the disconnect from our A/C unit early in the morning, but we didn’t realize it until our house got HOT. I called around town and was quoted a pretty pricey repair since no one sold the individual piece we needed. Someone thankfully recommended that I call Waters Electric and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman was so kind and helpful and was so willing to help me out. He went above and beyond. He had to look around to see if they had the part I needed, then called me back quickly to let me know they did. He saved me SO much money today, which I’m very thankful for. However, his kindness is what I’m most appreciative of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Recently widowed and needed an electrician. Chose Waters Electric and couldn't be more happy. Caleb came the next morning, nicest kid ever, explained everything he did. Highly recommend this company and Caleb's work.

I was pleased with the level of communication in advance before coming to the house. Caleb, the electrician, did an excellent job diagnosing and explaining the issue. He checked and repaired a couple other issues that were not required, going above and beyond.

He made sure everything was cleaned up after and provided precisely the kind of customer service you want done when it is your own home / office.

I’ve worked with Russ and Liam the most but also Caleb and Lane. All of them are the best at their jobs and great to have in my home. I’ve had them do a large number of jobs over the past few months - from panel upgrades, to wiring my attic with outlets, installing oven outlets, you name it, they’ve done it. I can’t recommend this company enough, A+.

The customer service is atrocious. I will NEVER be contacting them for any service again. If i could give it a 0 I would.

Had some issues with power at the house due to the wind, and I wasn’t sure what was going on. Gave Caleb a call, and instead of just coming out and charging me a service fee, he took the time to talk through it with me over the phone. He was able to diagnose the issue and pointed me toward OG&E, saving me time and money.

What really stood out was that he followed up afterward to make sure that was actually the problem and that everything got taken care of. Super appreciative of the expertise, honesty, and care—definitely earned my trust. I’ll for sure be using them in the future.

Waters Electric is awesome. We had them get our rent house up to code replacing the old panel, and several other things. Also had them out yesterday to our home due to power not working in a couple rooms. My husband thought Caleb was personable and knowledgeable and had a great time visiting with him while he got our power restored, which he did in no time. Our panel is also old and out of date, so we're having them out tomorrow to give us a quote and get that fixed as well. My grandpa, great aunt, and aunt have used Waters Electric for YEARS, and we would recommend no other.

Five stars and thumbs up for Russ at Waters Electric! We had a tricky problem and Russ did an amazing job of gathering data, eliminating possibilities and zeroing in on the problem. Except there ended up being three problems, and he got them. Very impressive. I will definitely call them again if needed.

I was disappointed in Waters Electric about the job they done.They left open wires under my cabinet where it had popped and sparked. The wires were exposed and there was tape hang next to it. I called Waters Electric about it they said they would have to charge me to come out . My contractor called them and they came out and fix what was wrong but forgot to wire the rest under my cabinet. My electric went out for 3 days Sunday Monday Tuesday I called them the second day they finally got back with me on the 3rd day. and they were going to charge me instead of the contractor Kevin Rickard and his worker Jacob and the bill was sent to me instead of the contractor who messed it up. I will not use Kevin Rickard the contractor or Waters Electric again.I had to call another company to fix there problem.

I had the best experience using Waters Electric. My mother told me years ago this was the only electrician she ever used in Norman and now I know why! Bill and Sherman were so helpful in the store. They walked me through making a custom ceiling fan that was perfect for me.
Then Caleb came to my house and took out the old fan, installed the new fan, checked the breaker for any issues, and figured out what was wrong with the outside plug, all within an hour. Caleb is the friendliest person and explains everything so well. Thank you so much Waters Electric!

Love this company. They are prompt and work quickly. They will advise you of going a different way with a project when it benefits the customer. Honest, pleasant, and hard-working. What more can you ask for?
