We used this company recently. The workers were great and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

Hang up on anyone that quotes their hourly rates starts when they leave their office. Don' t consider anyone that bills you three months after the job hoping you don't keep record of the time they spent there. And don't hire anyone that will fight you when you present your honest records. Don't hire Water's Electric.

We have had them install lights, ceiling fans, change outlits, etc. and they have done excellent work every time. They are friendly and professional. We will use them whenever we need work done.

I can't say enough good things about these folks...we've used them for years. When the freak October 2020 ice storm rolled through my elderly mother had a limb fall on her service line causing the line to disconnect from the house/meter. Luckily Terrance (now part owner--Howard retired but it's the same old Waters Electric crew) was able to get out that day to get her back on. Everybody knows OG&E was ridiculously slow to respond to this storm and she could have been without power for a week or more. They even mentioned they like to take care of moms. Kudos and thanks bunches fellas. Glad to leave a review!

Two of my favorite floor lamps had the harps holding their shades bent out of shape during a move. Waters fixed them and got the lamps looking new again in no time and very, very reasonably.

Professional, friendly and quick to respond. We had a ground fault in an old room addition. Turned out 25 years ago the DIY home owner that my parents bought the house from neglected to connect the ground to that room in not 1, not 2, but 3 places.

Had them to come out to install a wall plug 15 feet from our electric panel. They took about 20 minutes, cut one hole in the wrong place and covered it with a plate. Then they installed the plug on the wrong wall which is also the wall they cut the extra hole in. Then they send a bill almost 2 months later charging for 2 wall boxes and $159 for labor. Who charges $159 for 20 minutes of labor and thinks that is in any way fair especially when they didn’t do what the customer asked the way they asked. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wanted to support local, however, they are way more expensive then other places and charged a 25% “restock” fee on a lighting fixture (still in its box) I couldn’t use in my home and could be returned to the manufacturing company for free (after we were forced to call and ask). Only after we called and went on the manufacturer’s website did we find the fixtures to be 10-20% cheaper. I don’t recommend unless you need something small and no where else has it. It’s a shame too cause rather than going to a local company now I am forced to go to Home Depot or Lowes where I can get value for my money. I have no trust in this company after what feels like a scummy money grab. Do your research before going here, I learned my lesson.

Fast service, always a job well done. Used them several times with no issues, and costs are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Needing a new shop wired, I solicited the customary 3 bids which came back ranging from $8,000 to $13,000. Sounds like a lot, but the job required a service feed off the house (OG&E wanted $18,000 for the service feed due to the distance from the nearest transformer - yeah, right). Waters came in with the lowest bid, which can cause at least a little anxiety when they're your final selection, but I have absolutely never been more impressed with a company than I was with Waters! EVER! (and I've been around a long time) Those guys are PHENOMENAL! The project was completed in 2 days, the workmanship was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the job! BTW, despite my starting to get a little long in the tooth, this is the first time I've felt compelled to provide a review - positive or negative. Hire these folks without qualms. Great job Howard, L.O. and crew!

After having a bad experience with a different electric company, I had Waters come out and install four can lights in my kitchen. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anybody because they were communicative, the price was fair, the install was incredibly fast, (four can lights in under an hour), and the finished product looks great.

I have nothing but praise for the electricians that came to my house. My list was completed without a problem. The company works well with women, and you won’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of in the process. I would recommend Waters Electric. I 100% trust the owners to make sure you’re satisfied.

We had used Waters Electric in the past for installing recessed lighting at our house and we were very happy with their service so we called them to get a quote for running a low voltage cable (a single network cable where we provided the cable) through our attic. We got a quote that was more than what we expected, but given our positive experience with them, we decided to go with them. The installation was easy, the gentlemen who came used existing TV cable outlets to run the cable, and didn't have to cut a hole in the wall. They got a call from the office saying that they were expected at another job so wanted to leave before completing an item that was on the quote, and I had to remind them to complete it. They were done within 1.5 hours, and they told me that they need to leave but someone will come next day to replace the Cat6 plate they used. (they didn't have the right plate with a single outlet, so they used a plate with two outlets). Next day someone dropped by to replace the plate, and I asked him what the hourly rate was and how the quote was calculated. He told me the numbers, and the quote was for a 4 hour job where the whole job took hour and a half. When I asked him how he feels about it, he told me that this happens. He couldn't have anticipated that the job would go so smoothly, and most times there are obstacles they need to work through. I understand that explanation, things do not go as planned most of the time, but we ended up paying over 2 times of the actual hourly cost and there should have been an adjustment. Instead, we got a dismissive answer and the full invoice. This has shaken our confidence in them. We are not sure that we will directly hire them anymore, we will definitely shop around.

Can always count on Waters Electric Inc. to do it right. Have relied upon this company to install light fixtures in my garage and replace an old doorbell system. Have also relied upon this company to provide durable light bulbs throughout my house and lighting fixtures for the living room. Best of all, the owners and employees are honest and friendly. Doesn't get any better than this.

I highly recommend Waters Electric, Caleb was friendly, informative, and fixed every issue i had.
I also appreciate how they got me scheduled so quickly, very kind receptionist! 5 Stars!

Caleb came today to check out a problem with an electrical plug. He was so patient in figuring out the problem, which was a totally different plug than the one I thought was the problem. Caleb was very professional, courteous, and task oriented. He really impressed me! I’ll definitely call Water’s Electric again, without hesitation, if I have another electrical issue!
