I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Wade Electric was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything up and running in no time. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was safe and up to code. Fair pricing and top-notch work—I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable electrician!

I’m sure they do great work. But we did not experience good customer service. My husband and I scheduled a month out for them to come and fix/install a light. it was a long time to wait, but everyone recommended them, so we waited. However, they canceled a couple of days before our appointment, saying it would actually be another three months before they could come. Meanwhile, we could have had someone else come and fix it already. Very frustrating.

Ryan was great. Fixed everything as promised and it didn't take as nearly as long as I thought it would.

The person who came for the job (I don’t remember his name,sorry) He was very professional and thorough He found where the short was and had to replace one breaker in the electric panel. Everything works now! All my outside lights work and I am so impressed with your work. Thank you! I will continue with you. Awesome work. Keep it up!

I had an electrical problem with my microwave that pretty much crapped itself out. Went to test all the breakers in my electrical panel because I couldn't make heads or tails of the situation. I called Mr. Electric to have an inspection done. Mr. Justin Gann was super professional, helpful and very informative. The moment he entered the garage he noticed there was an electrical burning smell. He pulled the panel cover off and noticed the breaker had literally melted (there's a hole in the breaker). Now, when he quoted me the price, I was surprised. I knew the house was old but I didn't know it would be THAT expensive. I had to re-confirm if I was getting scammed or not. At first, looked like it but upon looking at the invoice (after the completion of the job) a second time, it was pretty fair. I will publicly apologize (on the internet) and in person (if we meet again) to Mr. Justin Gann for thinking the price was crazy. For the people that are looking for work to be done, Mr. Electric provides quality service, there's no question about that.

Had the technician come out and he was very professional and punctual. The problem was with the bid. I gave the same statement of work that I provided to other electricians. When we went over the pricing, I was floored at the cost being more than double that of other reputable companies. I got a follow up call asking my thoughts and I explained that they were more than double the cost. The person simply said we stand behind our quotes and that I was welcome to use the other company. I asked the person if they were at all interested in why they were double the cost and she simply said no. I think they misunderstood the scope and created some additional charges that got them way out there. Instead of trying to figure out where the problem was with the quote they simply told me to not use them and recommended their competitor. I am not experienced with running an electrical business but I think it would be smart if they would consider the fact that they are more than double the price of their competitor that they might have made a mistake about the scope and try to figure it out. I recommend that you shop, and not just take their price as a gage on cost for the job.

I worked with Justin Gann, and he had to come out on an emergency service with my house going bonkers. He was fantastic in explaining everything he was doing and why he did it. I know nothing about electrical work, so he dumbed everything down to how I would understand. He called to follow up and make sure everything was good after his visit. I will be calling him for any future needs without a doubt

Called Mr. Electric out for a check on a fixture or wiring giving us trouble. Their call out cost was not too bad for peace at mind. After looking it over and testing a few things, he made sure it was not a hazard and we got some solutions to prevent recurrence.
I would recommend. Justin was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Bob was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He had our problem with our 240v line diagnosed and fixed in short order. I have had less than pleasant experiences with service calls with other companies in the past. We are very pleased with Mr Electric and will definitely use them again.

I've share office space in the same business complex with these guys for years and have never had a need. When it came time to rewire our garage for a refrigerator, they were wonderful. The additional recommendations they made added an extra level of security to our wiring needs and created a great experience. Thank you Mr. Electric. You're an awesome team!

I don't write reviews often but I really wanted to this time as our electrician Ryan who came out was very professional and helpful. He treated me like a person and not another call and I really appreciate that. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Electric again.

We would highly recommend Mr. Electric of Norman to anyone in OKC looking for high quality residential electrical services. Though the price was a bit higher than we originally anticipated, the quality and efficiency of the work was well worth it.

Kendell helped us get a new outlet installed indoors, as well as re-wired and installed a new outdoor outlet. He was professional and highly skilled and we are very appreciative of his services!

We bought a used home that needed electrical work. Kendall from Mr. Electric replaced our electrical panel; whereas he tested and repaired plugs that were no longer grounded. I might add at this point that we had already tested our plugs using a outlet tester. I would note Kendall was spot on in terms of the same plugs needing repair. This convinced us to have additional work; to include panel replacement as well as new lighting. I provided a 5 star rating based on timeliness of job completion as well as the quality work that was completed. I would recommend Mr. Electric without hesitation.

Justin did a great job. He was on time, explained what he was doing at each step and addressed both our ceiling fan and security system issues in one service call. Very pleased.

I had a 50 Amp R.V. service box installed at 165ft away from pole. Already had wire in ground so that all they had to do was make connection at pole and 50amp box. Alex Givens came out from Mr Electric Norman and did an excellent job at an excellent price. He was very professional and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He explained clearly what the job entailed and the associated costs of each steps. Then he took the time to walk me through everything that was done and talked about. Strongly recommend.

We had a cascading power failure in our home, and we feared we may have a faulty breaker box or even something potentially dangerous. The technician that arrived (Justin G) was prompt, polite and professional. He did a complete diagnostic check of our box and took the time to explain what could have caused it, but reassured me that our setup was safe. No attempts to sell a membership, no hassles, just skill and professionalism. I will have these guys on speed dial for any further electrical issues. Worth every penny.
