We’ve used Mr Electric twice now and they’ve been amazing! They installed our safe and upgraded electrical panel & when the ice storm of 10/2020 happened, they got us a quote the same day we called them and our installation took place 4 days later. They are upfront & affordable! We’ve dealt with Charlotte, Quinton, and Matt and all of them have been amazing! Hands down recommend them!

Justin was able to take care of a group of electrical fixes we needed all in a timely manner. We appreciated his willingness to work with our schedule, handle multiple requests at once and explain all of his work after finishing. Very friendly and thorough and answered any questions we had. Will look to utilize his services with any future needs.

This is how my wall was left after 8 pm at night I'm so disappointed with this. Had 4-5 appointments with this as the outcome. My landlord deserves a refund on all this this is in my dining room!

I had a blown breaker outlet that knocked out my WIFI. Called Mr Electric and had a technician at my house within the hour. Joey was able to fix all my issues in less than 20 minutes. The quote was great for such fast and comprehensive service.

We had a breaker go out in our main panel. Mr Electric was able to send Michael out the same day to verify that it was a bad breaker and not a wiring issue, and get everything fixed up in just a couple hours from our phone call. Highly professional, educated, and informative. I would especially recommend them for single women/older folks. They sent a text and an email with a picture and bio of our tech so we knew who to expect at our door. 10/5 stars

3,000 for 5 hours of work. He was here at 830. Left at 130. And a huge chunk of that time was getting equipment driving around. I had a panel tune up and a grounder and surge protector installed. And some wire ran to lights. When I saw how quick it was done I realized I paid way too much. But the worker was perfect. He doesn't set the prices. I'm sure the equipment was 500. I would definitely recommend getting plenty of quotes. I raised the concern to the office. They talked down to me. Would you prefer him work slower? No. I'd prefer your pricing be fair. $500 an hour isn't fair. Kicker/update surge protector put in wrong. Doorbell not fixed. Issue I thought I had wasn't even real, so the worker was not perfect, I feel conned. He did fix the hall. THATS IT.

I called Mr. Electric after 9 days of no water to our home and a bad experience with a plumbing company. We needed power to our new water tank and Robin took my call and immediately put me at ease. He got me in same day and even called me after another appointment cancelled. Mike was our electrician and was so friendly and efficient. He even pointed out something that will need addressed in the future. Thank you so much for being so friendly and prioritizing your customers!!

This was an extremely frustrating experience. Let me express upfront that the technician Mike that came out was very professional and respectful. BUT, the office employee that set my appointment completely wasted my time. I was very upfront about the price range I was looking for to install a ceiling fan. As well as making sure to tell the office employee that if a fan installation could or typically runs more than 150$ than don't worry about scheduling a tech to write a quote because I only budgeted that for this install. The price was 3x that amount. Which is fine, but when I directly expressed to the office employee what my limitations were, it left me feeling like I was being played. The office employee did make sure to let me know that there was a 30$ service fee to have the tech come out. Very frustrated as I took time off work to be here for the appointment and what a waste it turned out to be. Again, I got to say that Mike the technician that was dispatched was very kind and considerate. Makes me wonder if he has to deal with this often. Buyer Beware.

Mike and Alex of Mr. Electric were outstanding. They upgraded the electrical panel and grounded outlets at our new (but older) house. Mike did a terrific job explaining everything at the outset, from the work they planned to do and why to how much it would cost. Mike got the work scheduled quickly, and they had everything completed in the advertised timeframe. Mike was knowledgeable, professional, communicative, thorough and efficient. He took time to answer additional questions I had about my home while he was on site and offered advice on how to tackle future projects. If I have electrical needs in the future, they’ll be my first stop.

Joey was great to work with. Did the install quickly and answered all my questions. Even required an additional plate to make usage simpler.

Mike did an excellent job terminating safe all the connections for our data center including dealing with the switch box for our generator. The request was made in the morning and they showed up on time with all the right tools to complete the job the 1st time. We could not be more pleased with his work and customer driven attitude.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Justin did a wonderful job! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. No job is too big or too small. He was very thorough and made sure everything was in safe and working order before he left. I highly recommend this company if you want it done well and in a timely manner. Matt and Dustin were out same day to address and everyday electrical problem. Problem solved. They were thorough, quick and professional.

Joey was professional and worked quickly. He explained what he had done and why in layman's terms and we felt comfortable with him in our home.

They do great work but it's a tad pricey
