We have always loved Maid OK. Today we had a “Make Ready” cleaning which cleaned the entire house top to bottom as we moved out. I could not be more pleased. The ladies are always so professional and detailed. We would recommended Maid OK to everyone who asks!!

Service was transparent and affordable - They arrived on time and professionally cleaned my entire house. The reason they absolutely desire 5 stars is their attention to detail and the little things; they even helped pull some dead leaves off and watered one of my bonsai trees! Stellar service all around, and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Two young ladies came to clean my mom's home, spent an hour and half cleaning her place from top to bottom and did an excellent job. They were kind enough to even change the sheets to my mom's bed since it is a lot for a 90 year old to do by herself. Worth the price and will definitely hire again.

They did an awesome job cleaning, but as I stated today when I called we need to work on communication!! You CANNOT call me the busy day before and give me a time of arrival and then text that you’re on your way almost 2 hours earlier. My schedule is tight and as I do for others others I expect that what we agree on is upheld! I’m willing to adjust but with efficient notice!! If this does not work for your business structure then I will have to take my business elsewhere!!

PLEASE NOTE: The women who clean fir me have all done a great job!! This is a business management issue!!

What a joke! We paid $225 for a ‘deep clean’. That is not what we got. Initially, they started out working fast and furiously but it fizzled pretty quickly. In 3 hrs, my kitchen was cleaned, for the most part. Although one of the girls made it a point to tell me that she washed my dishes by hand. I started to put said dishes away and found them still dirty, cookie sheet I had used to bake biscuits still had greasy spots left by biscuits! All of the dishes were like this. The only thing done in the bathroom was sweeping. I asked her to put 2 throw rugs in to wash but she failed to mention that there were clothes already in the washer! She just stuck it all in together! I could go on but it would serve no purpose. I will never use your services again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend your company! *edit* I was surprised to receive a phone call from the office manager who told me that if ‘we’ couldn’t find a way to remove the negative review, the company would have no choice but to tell everyone the condition my house was in. I am disabled and I told her that when I booked a cleaning. I have congestive heart failure and pinched nerves in my back. My house was and is cluttered. I don’t think that makes it ok to do what they did.

I’m just wondering why when you sign an agreement to finish what you signed to do and when you don’t finish it in your time would one have to pay more for you to do your job and what you signed an agreement for?
I am not in your system. I’m going off other google reviews as to what many people who don’t know each other are saying and how it’s the same thing over and over. From the reviews I wouldn’t want you or your maids in my home. From my understanding Rachel wentzel is disabled and her pet is a breed that does not shed. I’ve cleaned her home before on many occasions and never has their been moldy or mildewed clothes. It has also never taken me,as one person to clean her small kitchen 3 hours top to bottom. so I don’t understand how it took 2 of your maids 3 hours? I clean home for a living newly built, lived in, and make ready. It shouldn’t take 2 maids 3 hours in one room. From previous reviews it seems your company has multiple reoccurring issues that have been left unaddressed and you seem to only make excuses for them. Sad way to run a business.

When I sent in a request for a quote, Maid OK called me within 20 minutes to set everything up. Their quote was much lower than one I had received elsewhere and we went ahead and booked for the next day. My house looks awesome and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I would give them zero stars but since you have to give them one to do the review then one is what they get. I hired them to clean my kitchen, one bathroom, and a half bath, and to sweep and mop the floors. They couldn't even do that in 2 hours so I offered to pay them more if they could stay another half hour to finish the job. One of them said yes then the other one said no. So of course they left and did NOT finish the job. They were so unprofessional and they didn't even bring a broom, they had to use my broom, but they never finished any of the floors at all. The bathroom they supposedly cleaned was disgusting. I have pictures, so take a look at the pictures so you can see for yourself on how they left dirty scum all around the toilet and never even swept or mopped the floor. I called the same day to let the manager know and asked her to call me but she never called nor did she call the next day or the next. I guess that's just the kind of work they do pathetic. Save your money or throw it out the window so some one may find it and put it to much better use. I've never in my life seen such lazy slow do nothing workers!

I can't wait to have Maid OK come and clean again at my house. They did a fantastic job deep cleaning and it was spotless after they left. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time and asked questions about furniture or cleaning when they needed clarification.

They always do such a great job! You can imagine my surprise when my daughter was sick, they wanted to charge me $100.00 fee for not cleaning my home that day. I adore the ladies that clean my home, but I can't work with a company that doesn't work with its loyal customers.

We recently had a deep clean done in preparation for putting our house on the market. We have a large house and it was estimated at 18 hours work and they were right on with the estimate. We had Lathrisha and Edna come to the house and they were excellent. Except for a short lunch break they worked the entire time and everything I wanted done was completed. They were very pleasant and asked about anything they were not sure about. Highly recommended.

I had them do a move out clean and they did absolutely amazing!!! I was so happy with the result and so thankful that was one less thing i needed to stress about with moving. I will def be using them again for maintenance cleans at my new house!!

Scheduled what was supposed to be a deep cleaning. They left early. Didn't touch the range hood, coffee stains still on the kitchen counters. Deep cleaning services that were supposed to be included like baseboards and ceiling fan were not done. Most ridiculous of all was that they didn't vacuum or mop the floors which would be the bare minimum of a normal service. Master bedroom was completely untouched by them. Only giving two stars because the bathrooms were reasonably clean (besides the floors). I tidied my whole house for what was supposed to be a deep clean then had to come home and do it myself anyway.

I have had them a couple times come clean our upholstered couches now and they are able to come quickly. They work really hard! Comes out great! I had them clean our stairs this time and can’t wait to schedule them to do the rest of the carpets! Definitely recommend!

We booked for a deep clean for 1300sf for 7 hours. The house was not that bad. When they first started the called and said they need 3 more hours. Which is crazy. And they told me they would not be able to do the entire house in the time. I would understand if the home considerably dirty but wasn’t. I have my home cleaned all the time. I thought they were just trying to get more money out of us. Ned was not very helpful and neither was the owner. Do you not use this service. They were horrible. They spent an hour on 30 square-foot bathroom. INSANE.

I have hired Maid OK twice now, and I come back because I am always offered excellent and efficient service. The girls are always so nice and friendly, they do a great job, and they do it quickly! I also had my carpets cleaned by them and I had quite a bit of staining and all of it is gone, and it looks new. I would highly recommend.

I moved into an apartment that was not cleaned like landlord had said. I called maid ok and they had Laura out in less than two hours! She was polite and respectful, cleaned very well and fast. Thank you for making a stressful moving day so much better! Once life settles a bit we will definitely be calling back asking for Laura!

It's hard to say how happy I was with my service without sounding like a shill. But the ladies who cleaned my apartment went above and beyond what I expected. I came home from a sixteen hour day and was instantly cheered up by how nice and clean my place was. It was like walking into a new home. I'm gushing, but I honestly was completely blown away by how much work they did.

I highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the future.

I called to have MaidOK do a move out cleaning of the rental I was at. I felt the price that they quoted me was fair for the size of the house. The three ladies (Laura, Wendy, and Blanca) gave me a call when they were on their way as requested. They showed up right on time. After a quick tour of the house, I left and let them do their thing. I got a call, again as requested, just before they finished so I could come over and inspect their job. I honestly think they cleaned it better than it was before I moved in. I am now considering setting up a quarterly cleaning with them. I would recommend them to people that want a job well done.

They are horrible, they came after being over 4 hours late and wasting my entire day. They scraped my hardwood floors while cleaning. They didn’t clean any of the surfaces in the kitchen, bedrooms, or living rooms. They didn’t clean my front or back door there is clearly still dirt on them. Don’t let them clean your house, you will be wasting your money and they won’t give you a refund.
