My project started in June of 2016. My pathway washed out. I was told to wait until spring and they would work on it, after seeing how it fairer over the winter. I called them on Tuesday, they have changed their name to Marcum's Nursery, I was told someone would call me on Wednesday or Thursday. Haven't heard a word.

The yard of my new home had a number of drainage issues that Megan and Angel & his crew addressed last October, and I'm truly happy with the outcome. Even during moderately rainy days, trekking from front yard to back yard became a muddy slog through a creek bed. K & K put in a catch basin and laid down a pathway of flagstone stepping stones and river rock over a firm base, bordered by chop stone. My new walkway remains solidly in place. K & K also raised and extended the margins of existing flower beds and planted Oklahoma Redbuds, a Japanese Maple, a Crepe Myrtle, and a Shumard Oak, all of which remain healthy. Megan, Angel, and I discussed all my concerns in a relaxed fashion. The final cost seemed reasonable, and Megan and I are planning a butterfly garden for my back yard this coming spring.

If I could leave a 0 star I would everybody is un professional their plants look like they're trash drove all the way from edmond because they told me they had what I was looking for then I get there nobody knows anything and nobody can find any other plants as well as people being all over the place not knowing where anything is definitely would not recommend even if you're in a crunch. They don't even know the names of plants.

I am by no means a gardener and it was wonderful to be able to walk in, be greeted, and have all my questions be answered! I was then offered even more assistance to take the plants out to the car as I was headed to check out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a great time looking through the variety of healthy plants and the staff we spoke to seemed knowledgeable about what they were selling as well as how to fix our crabgrass problem.

Love this place, the staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped me understand what I need and what is best for my area. I am good with indoor plants , but outside is another field, and they are experts in their field!

First time there. They have an amazing selection at reasonable prices below the big box stores. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.

Went to the Marcum’s Nursery in Norman last summer for my tree that started having a split in the tree the guy told me it was a tree pore and that there was nothing I could do for the tree that it was dead decided to wait and see if it would start growing the following season it did so I went to the Marcum’s in Oklahoma City and they gave me some medicine for the tree and a wrap to put around the split don’t go to Norman location if you want advice for a tree that not doing so good they don’t have a clue on how to take care of a sick tree

I went in last Saturday.. . I just needed information on planting wildflower seeds. I did not buy a thing, I already had the seeds. I got great information. Went to work on Sunday planting.. Now I just need sunshine.. I be back. I've shop at the 104 and Penn location for years. The Sooner road location is closer to me now.

Huge selection of beautiful healthy plants, and the staff was very helpful.

Love the place, it was so enjoyable walking around the massive grounds. They have very nice trees, shrubs, flowering plants. So well organized and very healthy product. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and friendly. It was very relaxing, just as nice as visiting an arboretum

I was so excited to purchase a red bud forest pansy back in March, along with some other items. However with the last freeze we had in April along with the hail storm the tree didn’t make it. Not sure it was from either, just speculation. I just found out by calling about a replacement (I guess I am spoiled by Lowes and Home Depot) there isn’t any warranty. I had it for a month and now have to spend another $150+ to replace it. Very disappointing. I was going to use them for landscape design and purchasing trees for the rest of my property (about 3/4 acres) but no way am I going to make that investment for something that has no guarantee.

So very helpful. I had no idea what I wanted and must have looked like it because pond of the employees came over, offered me a tray and asked if she could help me. She would ask me questions then take me to a table that had what I wanted and helped me find the best plants. I would definitely recommend this place!

I agree with the reviews that the staff is helpful, but with the transition from the previous owners, it has become quite unpleasant to visit and access the different areas. It’s too muddy after the slightest rain, disorganized, and poorly stocked. I hope that over the winter improvements are made. I miss my enjoyable strolls about the grounds that always ended with a purchase.

Called to make sure they had the product I wanted. Said they did. Drove there asked for the product by name at checkout. Go to have it loaded into my vehicle and they don't have it in stock try to give me something else. Bait and switch. Went for a refund. Woman at register told me her manager told her to say they had it when the didn't. I would have waited for the product to be in stock. Poor communication on their part. Offer people a choice especially if they call first. Poor customer service.
