Poor Customer service. I scheduled a deep clean. They were two hours late. I ask them to pay extra attention to the bathrooms. When I came home there was still mildew in one bath, that they said they spent 2 hrs on. I was able to clean it in five minutes. I was told they weren’t going to be able to complete the deep clean in time allotted. That they could do a basic clean on the kitchen, dining room area and living area instead. What had they been doing? None of the floors had been cleaned dust still in the bedroom. I called the office they offered no solution to the issue, in fact they dismissed me. Not a we are sorry, or what can we do to make this right. Just a don’t think we are a good match for you. They charged me full price and I was left with a half done house. Don’t use this company at least not for a deep clean.

We hired Maid OK for a move out clean. We lived in the apartment for 8 years so there was a lot of build up on the floor, walls, and bathroom. We were really impressed with the job they did and will certainly hire them again for future work!

Scheduled a deep clean with Maid OK. The team did an amazing job! They showed up on time and worked their butts off! Sonny was amazing and they were so careful with everything and very, very thorough. Have scheduled bi-weekly cleaning with them because I was so impressed. Thanks for making our house sparkle!!

We have used MaidOK for three years and they have done a fantastic job with regular and deep cleans! They are very reliable and show up within the scheduled time window. Their office staff is very helpful anytime you need to reschedule or need anything. The only time we’ve had an issue they promptly addressed it, which is a testament to a great company. I highly recommend them!

Maid OK was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I spoke with someone online regarding a quote for a basic cleaning and they responded quickly and professionally. They were able to come out within 48 hours and clean my apartment for a very reasonable price. They did a FANTASTIC job. My apartment was sparkling, they went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family! The process was easy and painless, definitely give them a try!

I recently hired Maid Oklahoma for a deep cleaning service. My house was already fairly tidy, with everything picked up and dishes done, so it was more about completing the minor cleaning tasks. I booked two cleaners for a total of 5 man-hours (2.5 hours in my home). While we were gone during the service, both my partner and I felt that the cleaners worked much slower than expected. It seemed like they were dragging out the process, especially considering the house's condition. They asked if it was okay to extend the time before we left, which felt a bit off--almost like they were trying to get more money out of us. They also called me twice once 30 mins prior to the end of the cleaning session to say they had two hours of work left and then again maybe 15 minutes later asking if they could do just one more hour instead after I initially declined. While they did clean, it just felt like they were taking an unusually long time, given how little was actually needed.

I hired MaidOK to do a deep clean. They did a great job! Jennifer was very friendly scheduling the appointment. The only problem was the ladies that showed up spoke very little English. I needed to tell them a few specifics before I left for the day (don’t mop my heated floor etc). Also, my main motivation for paying for a deep clean was my dusty blinds. They were cleaned about 70%. Overall it was worth the cost!

Today was the first time I have used a cleaning service and they were amazing. I live in a one bedroom, one bathroom and they only took 30 minutes to clean. The whole place looks amazing and they did even more than was expected. Also, the people who do the scheduling and all the before stuff were so helpful and just wonderful. If you’re looking for a cleaning service and just are so overwhelmed by it all choose these guys. They are so so so amazing.

My pops had a double lung transplant, one thing we wanted was a super clean home for him to come home too. I made a call to Maid OK, when I tell you the friendliest, honest and caring people on the other end of the phone is an understatement. Being I live in Alaska I was going to blindly trust. The outcome was not only amazing but so professional and caring. We booked for more cleaning that’s how impressed we all. Thank you. So much for taking one more thing off our plates.

This maid service is wonderful, they came in and cleaned thoroughly, being mindful of our possessions. I appreciate that they worked without judgement and were extremely friendly. I'm definitely going to make hiring them a monthly expense

Your two-person crew (Tresly and Wesly) was excellent in cleaning my daughter's student apartment for her complete move out!

They arrived on time and were very efficient with their work. I was impressed by how they worked together, calling out to each other to identify areas to be cleaned, and once complete.

They were friendly and professional!

To anyone reading this review, I highly recommend Maid-Ok for whatever cleaning services you desire.

My point of contact (Office Manager, Jennifer), was extremely helpful and very patient in answering my questions before the cleaning dates. The entire process was smooth and quite simple--thanks to you and the crew!

This company is the WORST. I had Tresly and her trainee come clean my house that’s a small house size. But half of the house was not finished when I came in to check closer to the finishing hours. Tresley was working hard but trainee wasn’t despite Tresley giving well constructed instructions.
Thus, I called Jennifer to only give feedback and not expecting a refund, but Jennifer did not listen and only gave excused blaming us. Worse customer service ever. Overpriced for the under-welling service. In the beginning, we were told the cleaning would be completed within 3 hours for that square feet but did not meet the expectation.
Definitely won’t be using their service again.

The ladies broke my pocket door in the kitchen. Nothing was said. The door needs to be repaired and rehung by a professional. They left the broken piece on the dryer.
I have two air purifiers in the bedroom and one of those was dropped and broken. Once again nothing was said.
I will NEVER refer this company to family and friends.

I am very pleased with the results from my deep cleaning yesterday! The ladies did excellent job, punctual arrival and friendly service. Recommended highly for the OKC area!

DO NOT HIRE THEM! I paid for them to do a deep clean of the house that I bought before I moved in. This was supposed to include everything. Cabinets, door frames, bath/shower, doors, baseboards, etc. I ended up asking them to leave early after going through the rooms that they had "finished" and finding dust all over everything and stuff all over the floors (that we were able to wipe of with a wet paper towel) AFTER they were an hour late getting there. It was after business hours so I wasn't able to get ahold of the office to ask what to do (the cleaners didn't speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate). Instead, I asked them to come back another day so that I could speak with someone. They were very apologetic and sent a new crew including the trainer to clean. At first they were going to charge me extra for this, but after discussing it over the phone, they agreed to only have me pay for the first crew. I thought that they did a good job until I started putting things away in the kitchen two days later. NONE of the cabinets had been cleaned or vacuumed, the fridge had yellow stuff in it, there is powder under the sink and in cabinets, we found a pile of rice on a shelf that was above eye level, and the last straw was today when I found literal poop in a cabinet. I did try to reach out again yesterday when I started finding everything that they missed, but did not hear back from them now that I have paid. I asked for a deep clean of the entire house, I paid for a deep clean of the entire house, and now I'm still having to do it. I will attach photos from after the SECOND time that they came. Again, I have already sent these to them without hearing back.

Edit: they reached out to me only after seeing that I had left a bad review. In this, they blamed me for not thoroughly double-checking all of their work while they were there, refused to send another team to fix it, and are issuing a refund for 2 of the hours. They are saying that the amount of time that THEY quoted me was not sufficient and that it would take 9-10 hrs to deep clean the empty house (they spent 12 hrs "cleaning"). They also said that I did not let them know quickly enough (they came Friday and I sent them all of the pictures Sunday), but in the same text blamed not responding to me on the fact that they are not open on weekends. So I let them know, with pictures, before the next business day, and it still did not matter. To better explain the timeline, I bought the house Wednesday and had them come that day in order for it to be clean when I moved in Friday. They had to come back out Friday to fix it. I then pushed off moving everything in until they finished and preceeded to spend the rest of the day moving boxes into the house. I unpacked boxes Saturday and Sunday which is when I discovered that the kitchen was not cleaned properly. I immediately sent pictures and let them know on Sunday. I gave them all day Monday to respond which they did not. I wrote this review Tuesday, and recieved their response around an hour later telling me that I waited too long and all of the reasons that it wasn't actually their fault. I do not understand why I should have to follow behind PROFESSIONAL cleaners to ensure they have done their job. But to be clear, I did ask for them to fix one area while they were there and later found that they still did not fully clean it. So even that excuse doesn't work.

Edit 2: Because they decided to wait a month to respond so that I wouldn't see the lies they included, here's the interaction that I had with them. They did not reach out to me the day they came, I had to call them because the cleaners had not shown up. Note that none of the photos that are in there are from the kitchen until after the 2nd cleaning. Apparently that is "light touchups" in their opinion. And yes, they did ask me to do one walk through to which I told them that they needed to clean the cabinets.. at which point they still didn't as you can see in the photos.

Jordin and Cassie did an amazing job cleaning our previous home after we moved out! They were courteous, communicative, and hard-working, and the house now sparkles from ceiling fans to baseboards — and everything in between! Thank you so much for service with a smile and tons of elbow grease!
