Absolute garbage. I have been waiting over two months for my $1300 washer and dryer combo to be fixed. The first technician to visit my home lied to my face and left me with a fire hazard in my home. He told me it was NOT the machine that was broken, it was instead the electric in my home. I say thank you, gave him a great review and called an electrician. Electrician comes out and examines my entire house, everything is working fine. So we open the back panel to my washer and it's literally charred black wires in my washer. What makes me the most angry is that the GE technician left it plugged in, my home could have literally caught on fire. The second technician to visit my home tell me I need about 8 parts to fix my machine, which are apparently back ordered. So here I am left with a $1300 piece of junk for the past two months with STILL no parts to fix it. I do not understand why they would just give me a new washer and dryer. All my service from GE has been awful and I'll never purchase a GE appliance again.

Mr. appliance has been very committed to assisting us in all of the repairs we’ve needed and our senior housing apartment complex. Initially I was scheduled by the call center for a day my local office wasn’t open. I called 4 times that day and was given nothing other than “wait until the local office calls you” until they finally admitted they had been closed all day and no one was coming. I was called by the local office the following day and reluctantly went ahead and scheduled again. Caylen the tech who came was amazing. He negotiated the needed parts and got me all fixed up. I would HIGHLY recommend them ONLY based on this one tech. Their scheduling call center needs some work though.

Cheyney was very detailed and organized in his work. He came in and got right to work. He had my washer fixed in a very short time. He cleaned up after himself and was respectful of my house. I would recommend them.

I’ve used Mr appliance for years and I’m just really disappointed. In 2022 I had my dryer repaired, the same issue happened again this year, the tech admitted the wrong part was used in the last repair and that likely contributed to the breakdown this time as the repair should have lasted 8-10 years. I have reached out to management twice and gotten no response. I paid full price for both repairs and that hardly seems fair given that it was done incorrectly initially.

Showed up same day I called. Problem was fixed , no other issues. Jay was very professional and friendly!

The technician arrived promptly and was able to reinstall a part on my icemaker that had fallen off during cleaning. This saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator because that part is no longer available and I would have been stuck if he hadnt been able to replace it. Office staff were very friendly and got my appointment scheduled within 24 hours. I recommend this company.

Timely response by technician. Had to get a part for the dishwasher and promptly returned. Done with install in less than 45 minutes. Cheyney the tech was very knowledgeable. He offered additional advice on another potential issue we were having which was greatly appreciated even tho it was out of his realm of responsibility. Can’t put a price on customer service. This is one of the best places I've had the pleasure to experience. This is the way businesses should conduct themselves & you just don't get the value anymore. They answer the phone & are very courteous & take care of you QUICKLY. Other places DO NOT have parts but Mr. Appliance DOES. I called other places & they had ZERO parts and said it would take two weeks to come in and the prices were ridiculous. Mr. Appliance came within the hour and had the part needed. The price was fair and again, the people are wonderful. I'll be calling them again:)

I called about my fridge and they sent someone the very next day. The gentleman, Logan, came early and was very knowledgeable and quick. He came the next day after that with the part and was early/on time again! He had the part installed quick. They were all very professional and very easy to work with. Great experience and we will be recommending them to friends and colleagues!!!

Cheyney not only had our washer up and running within an hour of visiting, but he also worked with us to determine if the fix was worth it. I appreciated his honesty and for putting himself in our shoes and talking us through our options. He was also very respectful of our home, which is so appreciated!
