My Fisher Paykel refrigerator stopped cooling so I called Mr. Appliance. They scheduled an initial visit and were very prompt and communicated well before and during. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, collected a check for the parts, and returned to repair a couple of weeks later. After several attempts to repair it with additional new parts, they were unfortunately unsuccessful. They determined they could not repair it and offered to refund my money minus the initial service call and visit.
I want to say I was pleasantly surprised at the offer. Even though they couldn’t repair it they refunded most of our money. They were fantastic to work with and were very professional, timely, courteous, and did more than I expected.
Thank you Mr. Appliance. Very thankful for the way you handled our situation.

Cheney diagnosed and explained the fix for our washing machine and quickly repaired it. He was very polite and courteous. We were pleased with our first experience with Mr. Appliance.

The tech that came out was amazing. He was about to get us taken care of in a timely manner and kept his workplace clean. He was communicative with what work needed to be done. The communication with the office staff was lacking at times but the tech made up for it.

Jay did such a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our dishwasher. I also appreciated his professionalism and advise on our noisy washing machine while he was here!

Jason was fast to diagnose why my ice maker was not making ice. He fixed the problem and explained what to do in the future just in case it happens again. He was thorough, friendly and professional. He did a great job.

If you need a RELIABLE appliance repair company, call these folks. In December 2025 they came out and fixed my (10/2020) gas oven. This week I had them come out to replace the belt in my dryer. You get appointment conformation, pics of the tech coming out to service, and they call ahead.
Today, Daniel was in and out in under 30min! And, dryer is working like new again!

Daniel waited for me to get home while I was running late for my appointment for my washer repair. He was super nice and understanding. He came in saw the problem and ordered the part to come back and fix my washer as quick as possible. Very knowledgeable and professional 👏 definitely recommend 👌

The repair person arrived on time, was friendly and assessed the problem quickly. They had to order the part and returned a few days later to complete the repair. Always the same friendly behavior and efficiency for repair. I am very satisfied with their repair! Thankful I don’t have to purchase a new clothes washer! Highly recommend Mr. Appliance!!

Zach did a great job of figuring out why my washer tub was not rinsing or draining after the wash cycle. He thought the drain pump might be working intermittently and replaced it . That resolved the problem. I was able to get a next day service call so I didn’t have to go without my washer for long.

Zach arrived on time, was pleasant to deal with and was patient about trying different solutions to resolve the problem with my washer.

We loved using All-Pro. In fact when Bryan their super professional and competent repair man fixed our oven we asked him to come back and replace the glass top on our stove. He did a fabulous job on both repairs and we will be calling All-Pro back for any future repairs.
