Absolutely the WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH BUT FORCED TO DUE TO AREA. They’re the only ones in the area Frigidaire contracts to fix fridges. They’re inital assessment to look at fridge was delayed 2 weeks. Then they told me a date 4 weeks to fix it…..blew past that date and GHOSTED ME. I couldn’t even get ahold of the idiots spam calling them. 3 months later they come to “fix it” leave without checking work. Still not fixed and ghosting me again. DO NOT VOLUNTARILY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Their service, professionalism, quality of work are absolute garbage…..btw still without a fridge.

We called because our ice machine wasn’t working on our refrigerator. They were able to diagnose the problem and find a solution quickly. Andrew was on time, professional, and efficient.

My 48” commercial gas range was not installed properly by my contractor- I had only High settings on all my burners and the ovens didn’t heat accurately. Then a recent earthquake busted my oven igniters! Near Appliance really came through! I received so many helpful tips and advice on using my cook top and ovens, including temperature differences, and buying a quality thermometer. Both my ovens work properly and accurately, and I have a “ high to simmer” range on all my burners now. Previously I only had High on all my burners. Thank you so much!

Had them come out to fix my dishwasher due to leaking out the front of the door. Andrew came in and got everything fixed up and found the issue and got me fixed up.

Added a icemaker kit to connect my icemaker from my old refrigerator. Called to give approximate time he would arrive. Arrived on time * proceeded to install wiring harness & then the icemaker to make sure everything is working. Andrew knew exactly what was involved & was out in 30min.
