Patrick was very knowledgeable and i am glad he was assigned. My one short interaction with AlphaTek I found to be honest and ethical. When did a company doing the right thing instead of doing what it can legally get away stop being the norm. Good job guys.

I live in a rental, Danielle showed up and was great. The stove was not working properly and she decided it needed replaced. I didn't have to pay anything.

Brittney was fantastic as a tech.

Brittney is great. The company, not so much.

However, I was told “the part” would be available Friday OR Monday.

They made no attempt to schedule a Monday tech appointment. They simply shifted over to the time frame that was convenient for them, not me, the customer.

They SAID “we’ll see if we can make the repair sooner” as in Tuesday which they already had the repair part.

Understand that my refrigerator food has mostly been wasted due to delays and failed promises by this company. It’s been a full week of wasted food.

If they had, at least, scheduled an appointment as the part was promised ON MONDAY, I wouldn’t be so angry.

Don’t bother with this company. They don’t care.

It was easy to make an appointment and it was fairly fast too. Patrick did great. He literally fixed the issue in no time. Our dryer is working like it should.

My refrigerator went out, and I called Alphatek to get a quote on repairing it. Carrie was extremely helpful over the phone explaining not only the cost for a service call, but also helping me determine the type of freon and potential repairs needed. We decided the fridge was too far gone, and Carrie continued to exceed expectations by giving me the name and number of a gentleman who picks up appliances for no charge to scrap them. The fridge was out of my garage in less than 24 hours, and I have my third card stall back now. Thank you, Carrie!

Great Company. I want to recommend to everyone. Brittany came and replace the compressor. She is very great and professional. She was done in between 2 hour. Our refrigerator is working now. Thanks Brittany and thanks Alphatek.

Terry did a great job! On time; diagnosed the problem on my fridge (thermostat) immediately; Returned the next day as promised and replaced part. Would definitely recommend!

We had a quick and easy repair done on our dishwasher. They were available to come out the next business day after we requested the repair. The tech was in our home less than 30 minutes for the repair and now we can stop hand washing dishes. 5 stars, would recommend.

Our technician, Brittany, was experienced and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail after a careful diagnosis of our built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator. We were told by a previous appliance repair company, sent by our home warranty provider, that it was the compressor which was a misdiagnosis. The company told us that we would have to wait two weeks for a closed-unit technician to come out and inspect the appliance, which would have left us without a fridge for a total of three weeks. Brittany diagnosed the inverter as the issue. AlphaTec ordered the inverter, and Brittany installed it that evening. Our refrigerator is running perfectly saving us thousands. I highly recommend this company.

I have a background in engineering and direct refrigeration experience along with refrigeration tools. Before and after Brittany Altman from AlphaTek visits, I recorded my 7/1/17 Lowes purchase of a LG refrigerator and freezer temperatures with calibrated sensors.

After a compressor and related motherboard replacement by Brittany, my LG refrigerator and freezer temperatures returned to new purchase 2017 results of a measured 3.0 degrees for the freezer and 35.4 degrees for the refrigerator at 0 & 36 degree set points.

The LG compressor replacement costs were very reasonable from AlphaTek. I was given credit for the original service visit towards the compressor and motherboard replacement.
