Actually I would give her more than 5. I was impressed with how well, she took our washer partly apart and then put it right back together. She did a great job -- washer works great now!

Tim and Victor did great work helping us disengage our water filter on our Frigidaire which was stuck due to the melting of a component. They know what they are doing and will help you out of a problem. Very personable and communicate well what your problem is.

Terry diagnosed the washer and dryer and explain the problem well and clear. Although I decided to not repair it because the repairs cost was estimated to be more expensive than buying a new machine, but I definitely recommend to go for AlphaTek for repair services. I also recommend to do not buy used washer and dryer, as some of used equipment dealer is like scammer.

AlphaTek did an awesome job. I didn’t have to wait a long time for my appointment. They communicated about possible costs. I received notifications of when Terry was due to arrive at my house. Terry did an awesome job on our repairs. This is the company I will call for any and all future appliance repairs.

AlphaTek was able to schedule within one week. Their assessment fee is waived when repairs are performed. Tim Smith was prompt and efficient and replaced the heating element of my dryer, and was courteous in answering my questions. Including assessment, repair time and cleanup, total time was 30 minutes!

AlphaTek got us fixed right up nicely, price was reasonable even though LG screwed us on the price of the part cost, but other than that it went great.

Victor let me know he was on his way and arrived early. Very kind, professional. Got right to work, diagnosed the problem, gave me a price and did a quick, fantastic job. I’ve have never had bad service from Alpha-tek and every technician I’ve had out has done a great job. The ladies that answer the phone are amazing and kind too.

Tim cleaned the filter on my refrigerator and fixed a couple of water hoses. He also looked at where my washer was placed and gave advice about what needed to be done to balance it better. He provided a lot of very useful advice about kitchen appliances.

So Alphatec said they would be here at 9am and Patrick Stuart knocked on our door at 9am. The first step to earn a customer’s confidence and trust is reliability. Step1 check 4.0

The next step is professionalism. Patrick arrived with new parts in hand, extremely cordial in the introduction and Patrick proceeded to tell us exactly what he was going to do. Step 2 check 4.0

The next step is execution. Stuart knew what he was doing .Wasting no time he got right to work. Taking out the old and installing the new. Stuart had the dishwasher all over the kitchen floor during the repair. He was expedient in his work ethic and was totally prepared for any eventualities. He troubleshot until he solved the problem , needed to replace the motor , fixed it , and put the washer back together which was a grind , cleaned up the area and called it a day. . As you can see in the picture Stuart pretty much had the whole dishwasher torn apart and worked hard to a successful outcome. Step 3 check 4.0

The next and final step which is critical in customer satisfaction is to show and tell the customer what he did to fix the issue. This final step is essential to ensure the customer is pleased with the work and if the customer had any questions and if he could be of further assistance. Step 3 check 4.0
