Had them come look at washing machine and they spent about 15 minutes looking at it to tell me that it could be 2 possible issues (not sure which one) and the labor for both repair would cost more than buying a new washing machine and still charged their service fee.

Andrew was amazing. Quickly diagnosed, had the parts needed, was in and out quickly. Very friendly, professional, and even looked at my stove and dish washer for me. Will 10/10 call him again! Thanks again, Andrew!!

I have had a problem with my washing machine for months. I called the manufacturer and countless repair companies and they all said I need a new machine. When I called Near Appliance Repair they were very polite and their technician they sent Andrew was extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it for a very reasonable price. If your appliance is not working don’t get a new one call near appliance repair.

I want to thank Andrew for his excellent service. I called him on Sunday afternoon and he scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Quickly found out what the issue was with testing - had the part for the microwave on his truck and fixed it. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

I called another place first and they don't repair higher end brands. I had a gas oven not lighting, Andrew came out, diagnosed and fixed within 40 minutes. Gave me tips on using the oven, fixed a kitchen drawer that was wobbly (just because he noticed it) and ordered a new kick plate for my Bosch dishwasher. I have found my appliance repair company for life! Small company, fantastic service.

Near Appliance fixed our refrigerator in December 2024. The repair wasn't cheap, but we got what we paid for, which was awesome service from Andrew and a fridge that has been problem free since. Andrew is very good at what he does and even texted us a few days after the repair to make sure everything was still working properly.

I highly recommend Andrew. He was very professional and did a great job of fixing and explaining the problem with my dryer. I had already had a much higher estimate from another company for the same repair that Andrew did. I will call NEAR for any future appliance repairs .

Andrew was great! Determined right away what the problem was with the refrigerator door and knew how to fix it! (Orginal installers had one door on wrong) Also leveled refrigerator. Good service.

Andrew was awesome! Called around 5pm on a Friday thinking I’d get my Dryer fixed Monday. He was able to come out same day and had it repaired before we sat down for dinner! Very thankful!
