Near Appliance Repair was very prompt getting to my house to diagnose the issue I had with my washing machine and getting back to fix it one the parts arrived. The Technician, Andrew, was very professional and did a great job!

These guys are the best! I had been dealing with another repair company who completely misdiagnosed my issue and was going to charge me over $400 to “fix” the issue. I called Near Appliance Repair to get a second opinion. Andrew got to my house and immediately realized the correct issue and fixed it up within 30 minutes. I Would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them with any future repairs I have.

I am so glad I found near appliance. Andrew is so helpful, prompt and friendly. He explained the issue with my freezer in terms I could understand. Even though they had to order a part, we set up an appointment before he left for when he thought it would arrive. The part showed, and he arrived as scheduled!! Same thing happened with my oven. He is quite reliable and so knowledgeable about my thermador appliances. He even helped me work with one of them to get a part covered under warranty after I provided all of my purchase and delivery invoices, as they were fairly recent purchases. I highly recommend near appliance. I feel lucky to have found them.

Near was great to work with. Andrew was my tech and he was very courteous and helpful. He got me in early when he had a cancellation and had our microwave up and running again within an hour. He also gave me some advice on our stovetop and our dishwasher. I'll gladly use them again!

So reliable, showed up when they said they would be here, had a hard task in front which Terry accomplished in a timely manner. Truly, cannot say enough good things about Alpha Tek and Terry. Very professional from the appointment scheduler, Megan, to the technician, Patrick. All around great service and quick! I called at 9:15 this morning and he was out and had it fixed by 12:20. Price was not bad either especially since they fixed the issue same day and in my home. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional. My motor went out on my dryer and they arrived same day to diagnose. I received a confirmation text for the apt and a confirmation of repairman being in route. Jarred was awesome, he came out to diagnose then returned to complete the job once we decided to move forward. He was honest and transparent and punctual.
