Zach was friendly and professional. I appreciated the photo that was sent when he was on his way so I knew who to expect. He showed me a video of what he found under the washer as he explained the problem. Due to the high estimate of repair costs I was very pleased that he did not pressure me into the repair. He let me know that if we decided to do the repair that the service call charges paid today would cover that visit. I will definitely recommend Zach and All Pro Appliance Repair Service.

It started when u called in to inquire about their business’s The lady who spoke with me was so professional and helpful. When the staff member arrived, it just got better. He diagnosed my dryer problem, advised me of a correction needed to make and finished the job with exceptional respect for our home. To top it off, he adjusted the original quote to lower my bill by $50-60. He adjusted it to the proper repairs price! What a fair and honest company!

Jeff B did a great job fixing our ice machine in a timely manner. It needed a new pump and the price was high, but I think that was just the price of the pump, and not something he was overcharging me for. Thankful we have ice again today!

Jonnie is an amazing technician. I unfortunately bought a bad fridge but he has come out quickly and repaired for me 3 times now (it’s under warranty). He was very nice, prompt, and courteous. This company has been very nice and helpful. Everything so far has been covered by warranty so have not had to pay anything.

My dryer drum stopped rotating. Called All Pro, they were able to come out the next day and have it fixed in an hour for a reasonable price. Zach was kind, knowledgeable and quick. All Pro will be my first call next time I need a repair.

Zach was awesome to work with. Extremely professional, on-time and worked efficiently to diagnose and provide a fair quote for repair. In my eyes, he even went the extra mile with his work. I’m new to the area so choosing a repair service was not easy, but All Pro will be my go-to from now on.

I appreciate that Zach is a gentleman as well as a good technician. I remembered after he had gone that Locke Supply has a much better price on the gas line than Home Depot. Normally I try to fix things on my own but some things you can't get from a video. Some contractors are annoyed and impersonal, but not Zach! He showed me the problem, and showed attention to detail. I'm happy with All Pro Appliance.

My ice maker stopped working. Called All Pro and they sent Jonnie out within a couple of days (based on my availability). He assessed the issue, ordered the needed part and came back and replaced. All within a week. So easy and Jonnie was great. Quick response and repair complete. Highly recommend!

This is the first time to use this company. I found them on Next Door. Zak was fabulous! he knew what he was doing, gave us options and followed up on what he told us. The Whirlpool washer is washing again and we are grateful. He was very personable- he tells you when he's coming, shows up on time and he's someone you won't worry about allowing into you home.

I had services done 1 week ago by Bryan B. I wanted to wait 1 week to make sure things went okay before leaving a review. So far, my dishwasher is back to normal. I am very pleased with the rubber gasket replacement on my washing machine. Bryan provided professional and efficient service. He also repaired the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink by unclogging it at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. In addition, he shared helpful information in case my oven ever needs repairs in the future. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service—especially Bryan for any repair needs.

Jonnie came out and in 10 min gave a diag of the problem. Telling me the machine had two issues one we knew about the other we didn't. He also saved us a ton of money by letting us know he would not repair that unit knowing the cost of the 2 repairs vs the cost of the machine. This is the kind of service I like to see. Imo real and practical not just money hungry. Great service. Will recommend 💯
