I really appreciate Jonnie G. His no muss, no fuss, get in and get out shows his knowledge and skill. He has previously worked on my washer, so it was only a matter of time that the dryer would need servicing too. If I am in the inevitable position that requires service on any of my appliances, I know who to call. Thank you for the fast appointment and the fast service.

Another service request on another day. This is about 2 years after the previous post showing here.

Jonnie G. was booked but I got Jeff B. this time. Samsung Dryer again. This time it was needing a Kickstart to get the drum moving. After diagnosis I learned that the motor coils had spread too far apart and it was not generating enough power to get the party started. I would have to pay for a new motor and everything that goes with it for it to work properly again. That would cost as much as a brand new dryer. I am going to go with the new dryer option. I personally feel that the service call fee was a bit high but I had to know what was going on. I understand that if I had repairs to do, it would have come off some. Either way, I still appreciate Jeff and All Pro Appliance and Repair.

Same day service which is always appreciated. Our tech was great and explained what was causing the issue and he was transparent in the repair cost and options. Had the unit fixed quickly. This is the 3rd time I've used All Pro and will continue to use them for our repairs.

Bryan B is incredibly knowledgeable—he can diagnose an appliance just by listening to it! He truly has a gift with machines. He’s also extremely easy to talk to and instantly feels like a family friend. Truly outstanding service

Johnnie G was great. He was polite and timely. He fixed the dryer quickly and gave me a few tips on helping the washer and dryer lest longer

Zach performed service on my 10-year old front load LG washing maching to fix a water leak that appeared from underneath the appliance. He first re-seated, and then replaced the seal around the door, as it was the most common cause, and least costly. Ultimately, there was apparently more than one leak, and Zach returned to replace supply line valves, crediting me for previous visits. Zach was great. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you, All Pro, for your good service.

Jonnie G. and the staff at All Pro Appliance are amazing! We had an issue with our dryer not heating up and they had someone out in a timely manner to diagnose and fix the issue. Jonnie determined that the fuse had blown and he was able to fix it and recommend a company to have the duct work cleaned to prevent it from happening in the future! We highly recommend using this company for your appliance repair needs!

Bryan was awesome! He’s friendly and got right to work. He was great at educating us a little on what he was doing and how to know when it’s time for service again. We’ll use him from now on.

I found All Pro Appliance online. So glad I did! Called and Jonnie came out the never next morning and repaired my KitchenAid stove! He was very polite and professional! Hopefully, I won’t need to call them too soon for anything, but if the time comes, I sure will! Excellent service!!

Zach was so great. He discovered the problem with my washer and quickly fixed it. Turned out my dryer wasn’t getting power so I had to
Call an electrician but he will return at no additional charge if that doesn’t completely fix the problem. Friendly, professional, very comfortable to be around. I will gladly call again whenever I have something that needs to be fixed.

Jonnie replaced the heating element in my dryer. He was friendly, prompt, very knowledgeable, and his work was thorough. Excellent service. I’d definitely recommend All-Pro.

Zach came out to work on our washer and really took his time going through the washer trying to identify the problem. I did some research before the repair arrived which let me know how much was too much to pay for a repair versus just buying a new appliance. The repairman verified that it would not be worth it to repair it. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to bleed me on a repair. I was charged a reasonable trip charge only
