I called Adam’s Appliance Repair with an appliance issue. A couple days later Josh showed up to my house and discovered what the issue was. He was very timely with his process and professional. The winter storm held up shipping of the part (not Adam’s fault) but as soon as the part arrived Josh then came back and fixed the issue. Thank you Adam’s for your work and professionalism.

Rony was our technician for our dryer today. He has been our technician for any appliance that we have had serviced.
He is always on time, notifies us when he's coming, very professional, polite, and easy to talk to. He explains things so the lay person can understand. Not that I want another appliance to break down ( but at some point one will) , I hope Rony will be the man fixing it.

Axel was very professional , and I felt that I could trust him with everything. I would highly recommend your company to my friends and family! Trinity who answered the phone was also very courteous! Five star to all of you!

Roney exceeded my expectations. He was polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and worked fast. He went above and beyond by making 2 trips in one day because he needed to pick up some parts to complete the job. He clearly explained the problem and the solution. 5 stars Roney!

We’ve had such great experiences with Adam’s. Romney has always been great to work with, always on time and very smart at diagnostics.
The phone scheduler has always been so friendly and helpful and communicates promptly. I’ve never had to call and check on a part order etc, always calls the minute it comes in. Highly recommend!

Today Axel came to check my washer and it was too far gone to repair. He was so nice to advise me that buying a new one was cost effective. He did not charge for the house call. What a great company and to have a great tech working for them

We contacted Adams Appliance Repair based on FB reviews and we were definitely not disappointed. Joseph was our technician, he was experienced and professional. He looked at both our oven and dishwasher. Found the problems quickly. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Roney has been amazing. Adam has been also. My fridge has been having major issues for the past year and Roney has been back several times, always kind with a great attitude and never gives the impression of being rushed, as many/most repair companies do. Also, charges are very reasonable and I was not charged at all for return visits related to same issue. Highly recommend Adam’s Appliance Repair!!!

Josh is a great technician. He helped diagnose and repair my double wall oven. Everything was explained well and he answered all my questions. I would recommend Adam's Appliance Repair.

Very fast service and he was very nice. Good explanation on the issues. Although they did inform me of the price to come out beforehand. I feel $125 just to show up is excessive.

Aaron came out to our house exactly when he notified us and inside the given time window. Extremely professional and friendly. I was very concerned about what was going on with my fridge, but he calmly explained what to do and I feel a ton better. They will be on my speed dial for future repairs.

Joseph was professional, fast, and friendly to not only us- but our pets too! He was comfortable to talk to and made sure we understood his findings and what work would be to be done on our washing machine. Seemes like a fair price too.

Caleb did a great job. He was super fast and very honest about one of our appliances not being worth the repair. And he got our other one up and running in no time. Highly recommend

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

My Samsung washer and dryer have been a bit of a lemon (twice!), and while replacing them isn’t in the cards, regular repairs have kept them going. After calling around for quotes from three different shops, I ended up choosing Adam’s—even though their quote was slightly higher—because their professionalism over the phone really stood out. I had a strong feeling they were the right choice, and I’m so glad I trusted that instinct.
Roney showed up right on time and immediately impressed me with how quickly and confidently he diagnosed the washer—literally within a minute! The repair took about 20 minutes, and he was in and out efficiently and professionally.

As for the dryer, he initially thought the issue was resolved but wasn’t completely happy with how it was functioning. Instead of leaving it at that, he proactively ordered a couple of parts and returned the following week to finish the job. That level of care and follow-through really made an impression.
Roney was just as kind and professional on the second visit, and I genuinely feel confident in both his skills and the company’s integrity. It's refreshing to work with a repair service that feels trustworthy and competent—I never felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of.

Highly recommend Adam’s for anyone looking for expert service and peace of mind!

Once again I called Adam's and they were outstanding Rebecca and Josh was very professional. The day of the service call I had to go somewhere at the last minute I called no answer they returned my call and wasn't expecting that that was customer service. Adam's diagnosed my washer problem ordered the part rescheduled and I am back up and running. These guys and ladies are outstanding i can not say enough good things i can go on an on. Please if your reading this review by all means give them a chance. Great job Adam's keep up the great work and customer service.

Josh did a great job switching out my old disposal! He sent me a text promptly at 8am and gave me a 30 minute notice before his arrival. He was friendly and professional and kept the area clean and dry throughout the entire process. He checked to make sure everything was working well after installation and I’m thrilled to have a working disposal again! I will definitely use Adam’s Appliance Repair again in the future!

Seth was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He checked everything to ensure all issues were identified. He told us he could order parts to fix the machine but after hearing the cost, we decided it would be far better to just replace the washer. Will be call later for dryer maintenance and will request Seth by name. Truly an asset to the company.

The experience with Adam's appliance repair was fast and accurate and the serviceman Seth was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the repair on washing machine in a timely manner and gave me some very handy tips on using the machine properly. Prices for repair were very fair. Will use them again in the future if ever needed.

We love Roney and we always ask for him when we need a repair. We've had a few technicians over the years but by far Roney has been the most professional, knowledgeable and proficient. We will continue to ask for him in the future.
