James was great. Very professional. Very friendly. He is an asset to your company.

James is an excellent technician. He really tried to repair my heating and air system. He explained in detail why it is beyond repair.

Came out yesterday to repair our dishwasher that night. It was making a noise we called and they said if they came out and it was a different issue they charged us another diagnostic charge. The first charge was $300 and all he said was that the overflow had filled up now it’s making a noise and they want to charge us more money if you value your money don’t use Sears. They’ll rip you off.

Made a claim for our AC and they scheduled us for the next day. Harold was so friendly and amazing to deal with. He got us up and going in no time. Early arrival with great communication.

Troy was very nice and explained everything well. I thought the cost of the repair was outrageous but I’m not going to blame the technician for that.

The tech that came by, literally cost me a whole day of work as I had to reschedule for another technician to come out because he couldn’t see a sticker that was clearly inside the freezer. He said he couldn't do the job because he couldn't find the serial number which was clearly right inside of the freezer. after being here, for all of less than 10 minutes, he left, and I thought to myself this can't be right. So I opened up the freezer looked inside and there it was. So because of that, I had to take another day off of work. Then the next tech lied and said he showed up. I never received a text, phone call, Email, knock on the door or ring of the doorbell. I double check my front door ring camera and the only person in it was the mailman. I would advise anyone never use Sears, EVER.

Harol was very professional and evaluated the condition of my clothes dryer and explained things to me so I could make an informed decision. I'm very satisfied with the service and he was a joy to talk to.

The time management was awful . Was told the first time between 8-3 , I took off work and lost 350$ . He didn’t show up until 4:30. Second time was suppose to be here on Saturday between 8-12 and never showed up nor let me know . He is very messy and rude . I said I didn’t want him back but was sent even though I asked for him to not return . The company is awful because you can’t talk to a live person . Awful . I can’t give any stars for this experience

James seemed to do a good job when he finally showed up. However, it was 3 weeks from the time he came and diagnosed the problem until he came back to fix it. He told me the parts arrived in about a week. I can’t understand why he took two weeks after the parts arrived to come fix it. I texted him twice to ask about repairs and he did not respond. Also, Sears scheduled 5 appointments during this time and I waited all day because they didn’t call to cancel… just no show.

Tech was very professional gave excellent service!! It didn’t take him long, I would absolutely recommend this service.

Harold was excellent and took care of the problem. He was here 45 minutes and charged $359.95. That is almost $400
Per hour, and for a job that had no parts and was pure labor that is extreme.
I will not recommend your repair service for cost alone. -
Randal was my service technician when my dryer needed repair.
He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
I would recommend Sears Appliance Repair and Randal for any appliance needs you may have. -
Randall, my service tech was absolutely phenomenal. I would pick him everytime if I could. The "must be home from 8am-5pm window" with no updates throughout the day is a little crazy to me. It took 8.5 hours for the tech to show up to my house, it would be nice if a round about eta, such as morning or afternoon could be provided so a whole days worth of time doesn't go to waste.

2 stars for the fast scheduling and response. I was able to schedule a technician to come out same day to replace the belt on my dryer. Tech calls around 3pm saying he is 1.5 hours away and you could tell he was trying to get out of driving to El Reno. I said it was fine though because my son stayed home that day so someone would be there. He asked me what was wrong so I told him the belt snapped and when we tried replacing it we couldn't get it to work which is why we were hiring someone to do it. He then tells me that he doesn't have a belt for my dryer with him, that it will be $400 or more to replace the belt, and it was probably better to just go buy a new dryer. 😒 I canceled the appointment, contacted an appliance parts store and ordered a replacement belt for $35, watched a few videos on YouTube, and my Husband and I fixed it ourselves. You could tell the guy didn't want to come out and he wasted our time. Won't be calling again.

Great service, even during the snow. Had to wait on parts for my very old heater but otherwise very pleased. Technician was polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience! Set an appointment for washer repair. Tech comes out and orders parts. They cancel my appointment after telling me they are on the way. Tech comes out the next day and says wrong parts were ordered. They ordered the “correct” parts. A week later they come and replace the parts. Washer still has the same issue. Sears can’t help because my warranty is through a 3rd party. Two weeks later and washer still not fixed.
Update 11/14- Tech was scheduled to come on 11/12. They call and say they need to reschedule, after checking the next appointment wouldn’t be available until 11/17. I let them know that’s not going to work because I’ve been dealing with this back and forth crap for almost 3 weeks now. Tech says he’s on the way. Wouldn’t you know 10 mins later I get a text saying they canceled my appointment and to reschedule, earliest appointment 11/17. Seriously, if you need anything repaired use someone else and save yourself the headache. I have a 3rd party warranty who sends Sears out or else I would’ve found a different repair place because this is ridiculous.
Update 11/17- Tech shows up and then says the parts ordered weren’t the right ones again. He orders the parts and one of the ones he ordered is a part that has already been replaced. I told him that and he kept saying it hasn’t been. Had he checked the claim history he would’ve seen that it had been replaced. So now I’m waiting for two parts (one that had been previously ordered and sent back, reordered and it was wrong) and another part he doesn’t need because it has already been replaced. My next appointment is 11/21 and I don’t have any faith it’ll be repaired. Seriously everyone do not use Sears for any repairs, atleast not for appliances. -
Tarrance was terrific. We really like him. He was courteous and cleaned up when he was finished. Very professional. Best part, our ice maker works!
