Super easy to book service, and it was in a timely manner for both the diagnostic visit and the repair. Received lots of reminders and updates about my appointments. Axel arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the parts to fix the dryer. We’ve always been pleased with the service from Adam’s Appliance Repair.

Needed someone to come out immediately to repair our dryer as we have 3 active children and constantly running laundry. After not having any success finding someone available quickly I was referred to Adam by real estate professionals and he was here by 8am the next morning to diagnose the situation and by noon the following day our Dryer is as good as new. I could not recommend his services enough.

WOW! I called yesterday afternoon because we were having a problem with our washing machine at work. And to my surprise they scheduled a tech to be in my office between 8:00 and 12:00 today. Outstanding service. Dishwasher became inoperative with no codes showing. Called Adam's Appliance Repair and they were out the next day. The service tech, Joseph, showed tremendous tenacity trying to locate the issue. Success was achieved, however there were two parts necessary to guarantee a fix. Unfortunately, one part was no longer available. Now I am dishwasher shopping. I would definitely call Adam's again if needed.

So Adams appliance repair did a good job. My particular technician, Josh, came and diagnosed my problem gave me a quote and then when I excepted their quote, they fixed it right there on the spot. Josh, was professional and knowledgeable and he was also fast. I could tell he knew what he was doing. My longtime appliance guy recently passed away. I was lucky to find this business so quickly.

He diagnosed my dryer screeching noise in 30 seconds, went to his vehicle, retrieved the required repair kit, installed it, cleaned the inside dryer components, tested his repair and was finished in less than 1 hour. Roney was a great tech, good personality, knowledgeable and quick on the repair to my oven. My only problem is that I knew my oven needed a new igniter; however, he had to make sure that was the problem. He had to go back to the office to pick up the part. It would have saved time and gas by just bringing the part with him. If it was something else, no problem in going for the correct part. Thank you.

Seth came out to my house in a very timely manner to check my oven. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to be repaired but that’s because the parts for my older oven weren’t available any longer.
Seth was very respectful and explained everything to me and overall he was just a nice person to interact with.

Joseph is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have asked him the same questions over and over again. I cannot tell you how much his patience is appreciated. but, it is more than Joseph, it is the whole company. I have talked to more than one person on the phone and with the owner more than once. They are all patient, friendly and knowledgeable. When the person on the phone does not know something, they get someone else to call me back. I love the whole experience.

Joseph was an informative and efficient professional and even found a good amount of glass hidden under my fridge and swept it into a pile so nobody would step in it.
