In error I called the Oklahoma location, Servpro of Central Oklahoma City, they answered the phone very fast. They were overly communicative in the next steps, however when we realized I made the incorrect call to the incorrect location they were very nice and directed me to the correct location. We had our duplex flood after we returned from lunch and called a plumber to cut off the water and find the problem. A water heater malfunctioned and water was standing on both sides. We asked the plumber what restoration company they recommended and they said ServPro. Before the plumber left Calvin Jowers the Production Manager/Crew Chief of SevPro arrived and began evaluating our situation. He had a calm, reassuring manner and was very knowledgeable regarding the restoration process. He got his great crew to get the water up, placed 53 dryer fans and contacted other service providers that we didn't even know we needed. He talked with our insurance company and supervised our entire project. Calvin kept in touch by text and phone and encouraged us by saying our duplex would end up looking better than it did before the water damage. He saved us time, energy and worry. We are very blest to have Calvin as a organizer and buffer through this whole process and will reccomend him and his company to others from now on!!!

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. A loved one of mine took their own life in a very violent way. Dealing with the grief of the situation and all the responsibilities that came with it was very hard. Cleaning the area where it happened was something I don't think I was capable of doing myself. I contacted SERVPRO who then did an evaluation to determine the cost to clean the area. I could not afford the amount but they were understanding and only charged me a portion of the cost to do the work. They went out of their way to help me at a time when I was very much in need of it and I will be forever grateful to the entire Servpro team.

Having to call a restoration company is never a great thing. However, working with ServPro of central OKC was great! They were quick, professional and provided excellent follow through and value. I am very thankful to have them take care of a unpleasant situation.

Property management in a commercial building isn't always an easy task, especially when you get a call at 6:30 on a Monday morning about a burst pipe flooding the better part of a whole tenant floor. I am the owner of an Airbnb in Oklahoma City. I had a guest that is suspected of distributing marijuana from it. There were guests coming and going with garbage sacks and boxes all night seen with outdoor camera. My property manager stepped into a horrible mess of pot odor everywhere. Pieces of marijuana were all over the kitchen and dining room and the smell was in our linens, in our furniture and carpet. My daughter found Serve-pro on google and they were fantastic. Their representative was out the next day to give me an estimate. They are very professional, quick to respond and I can see why they have had so many 5 star reviews in the past. I will use them again and recommend them to other customers.

Our sump pumps went out and we'd had a lot of rain which resulted in our basement flooding. After the plumber fixed the sump pumps I called Servpro and Mike and his crew were out that afternoon. They vacuumed out the standing water and put their drying equipment out. They came back out and tested daily until they concluded the environment for mold had been eliminated. Mike went above and beyond when it was over 100 degrees and incredibly humid and the power had gone out in the basement. I couldn't figure out which breaker had been tripped and when Mike came over he went out and got the power back on. Trivione, one of the crew members, was very helpful and diligent. All the crew members were timely, hard working, and professional, very nice. Highly recommend!

I give this company and their staff a rating of 20 stars they get the job done I would recommend them to any one who has issues that need professional services.

I will continue to reach when needed at my facility I'm the chief Engineer of 280,00 square feet commercial property building and my upper are impress as well building management and building ownership.
