I can't say enough good things about this business. Brad Knauer, and Michael Fellers were amazing. In my time of distress, of frozen pipes and flooded home. Not only did they show up in what i would consider a record amount of time after being contacted. But the demeanor of both Mike and Brad, was exceptional. Not only did they show a genuine concern for my personal property, but reassured me that it would be okay. the professionalism of the work crews, and the care they take packing my belongings, for relocation was above any expectations i could ever imagine. Brad and Michael are excellent representatives of this company. If this is an example of the the type of people, that I am sure this Branch (SERVPRO of Central OKC) employs. I am positive you will be happy with any of the services available from them

Horrible company. They were supposed to come by and only empty out my living room and dining room. Instead, they also emptied my entire bedroom and office. Now I need to unpack over 20 boxes to get what I need to live in my house. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a pipe bust on my hot water heater, spraying water into the attic while I was out of town. Aero packed all my stuff out and stored it during the restoration. They ripped out all of the mold infested materials and supplied the drying equipment. When the reconstruction was done, they brought everything back and cleaned everything to the point, you could eat on the floor. (Don't ask me how I know.)

The only down side, when they are done, you won't want to live in your house. It will be so clean you will be afraid to breath on it. You almost want to have a flood every week, just to have them give the house a good scrub.

We had a fire that happened in our home causing damage to our kitchen and smoke damage through out our home.

The crew with Aero was punctual and friendly. They got our house packed and stored away. They got all of the smoke cleaned out of our house which included having to do an airduct cleaning. When repairs were completed and it was time to put our contents back they were timely and quick.
It was as if nothing had happened.
I would 1000% recommend and reuse Aero.

I have used Aero Cleaning several times. The latest incident was for a flooding and sewer backup. They came quickly, brought plenty of the industrial fans & dehumidifiers, remediated the water damage, cleaned my fixtures and ductwork, removed ruined items including affected drywall, baseboards, carpet, etc. Large rugs had to be bagged and removed and they were very careful not to make a mess removing items from my house. They gave clear instructions and info for next steps. They worked clean, even bringing corner guards to keep from damaging baseboards and paint. My cleanup required several trips over several days and they were on time or called to let me know if they were running a few minutes late. Every employee on every trip was polite and respectful. I could hear some “on the job training” going on during one trip, and they were even polite when speaking to each other. Some of the employees have been with the company a long time, which speaks highly of a company’s ownership and management. I would highly recommend Aero for any restoration job.

I had a bit of surface-level mold in our bathroom. I shot a brief video over to their team to see if it was even worth coming out to our house. Their team was incredibly honest and suggested that I self-treat this form of mold because it was the most non-threatening type of mold that exists. Thanks for the quick evaluation and free advice! We need more honest and reliable service providers like your team throughout OKC.

I have used two other pools suppliers in the past, but I still had trouble maintaining my pool and openings were mean and green. Since going with Cardinal, 3 yrs ago I have had great success all year long and openings were much better and less of a headache.

We’ve been using Cardinal Pools for years. The staff are friendly and always willing yo help with any issues or questions. They make keeping our pool water clean and enjoyable very easy.

Chemicals are always right

On 6-30-2024 in the morning (Sunday) my pump motor sprung a leak. The next day I call first thing in the morning and spoke with Rob. Explained the situation (cried just a little). He had someone out by 11:00am, that day!! In just over an hour the tech had the problem all taken care and I was back in business. It was !00 degrees out ,so not an easy job, and I could expect the pool to turn green in a couple of days, if not fixed. This type of service is almost unheard of in any business, but I find Cardinal Pools of OKC willing to help, wherever possible, and in a reasonable time frame. Thank you Cardinal Pool, you and your staff saved my 4th of July Holiday!

I found this company 3 years ago and felt welcomed from the time I entered. Liz has gone above and beyond to help me with my pool needs. I love the knowledge they have when it comes to the chemicals needed to care for the water in the pool.

Cardinal Pools handled the maintenance of our pool for years. They always did an outstanding job. Whatever problem we needed to get fixed, they were able to handle it. They understand swimming pools and how to keep them running.

I have done business with Cardinal Pools for over 30 years. I find this company to be very professional. They can handle most any type of pool service and they stand behind their products and services.They are more than willing to work with pool owners to assure that you have the best possible pool experience.

I am leaving 1 star because I cannot give less than that. My mom hired this company paying $370 for them to come out and open her pool. When they came out they took the cover off, turned the pump on (blew out the light bulb in the pool house light messing with the breakers), dumped chemicals in the pool and told her to she would do the rest (vacuum to waste and scrub all walls). This is the is the hard part that she wanted to pay someone to do. She could have easily done the first part. If this was not something they do, they were not clear leading us to believe they would get the pool in a good spot. They were supposed to come back with a clamp and rubber part for pump. It’s been over two weeks and my mom has called several times and they keep saying the part hasn’t arrived. My mom told them she was having a pool party and needed to get it ready. They were supposed to call back which they did not. My mom went to another pool store and was able to get the part and bought more chemicals since what they put in their original went to waste since they never came back. This place had been every bit of a disappointment when we should of had the pool opened the first week of May. Worst experience ever.

LOVE Cardinal! Rob, Liz, Brenda, everyone. They're always a pleasure to be around, they helped me not only balance my pool but get rid of black algae, which sucked to tackle. I will literally ALWAYS come here for all my pool help and needs! Thank you! :)

I would rather hire some no-name company then to go to Cardinal pools. They messed up my filter blew out my pump took it apart left it in pieces in my backyard. The people from Cardinal pool were called. They denied any knowledge of this. However, I was there when they came to my house. I could get no compensation or anybody to come out and look at my pool. Put it back together or order me a new motor for my filter. So do yourself a favor go find another company I’m sure there’s hundreds of them here in Oklahoma that could do a better Job

I was looking for a very specific pool filter. I contacted Cardinal and spoke with Rob. He took my info and listened. He found my part and even had the warehouse open the filter to ensure it was the correct one.
I arrived that afternoon to pick up my part and observe Rob helping several customers. He was extremely thorough in explaining what needed to be done and which option is the most cost effective for those particular customers.
I will definitely shop here again.
