Mike and Trivione were great to work with. We had a flood at our daycare facility and their crew was very understanding and patient while working around our children. They were courteous of nap time and very friendly when the children wanted to watch them. They cleaned up each area before moving to the next. Trivione answered every question we had and explained everything they were doing before beginning.

Servpro was quick on the day of our crisis. Finished before the day they projected. Gavin and Patrick were great guys. Would use them again,

We came home to our house flooded. We called our insurance company, and they had this company out within 1-2 hours. They were extremely professional, explained the entire process, and got right to work getting my floors up and baseboards that were affected. They brought in a ton of fans and dehumidifiers. They answer the phones right away and answer any concerns or questions I have, and if I do have a problem they were out to the house in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

The response time was unbelievable!! I called at 8 a.m. and they had a full team there ready to go by 8:30 am. They were amazing to work with and they took care of everything from moving the huge desk, to coming back daily to checking equipment.

My experience was very, very disappointing. Took three months for them to do a weeks job excuse after excuse the holidays, flat tires, death and families. Yes, I have a heart and I understand but it’s a big corporation. It’s a big franchise somebody should’ve been able to do their job I finally received my belongings after having to have another company step in and finish the remediation neither David or Mike, the managers, came. I just sent the other kids who knew nothing about the situation with broken furniture missing parts boxes that were literally thrown together a complete disaster. I’m disabled how I’m gonna I don’t know how I’m gonna get this stuff put away I post the photos but you wouldn’t believe it if you saw it

I’ve had the unfortunate luck of having to use damage restoration companies in the past, but nobody has ever come close to the amazing job SERVPRO of Central Oklahoma City did for me when my house was suffering from mold. They were so helpful and kind and walked me through everything that was going on. I will only be using them from now on!

I recently used SERVPRO for water damage after my house flooded. They did an awesome job and took care of mine and my roommates concerns and answered all of our questions! Very professional, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. I can’t recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend SERVPRO. The team who came out to our house were very efficient and thorough. They explained the process and what would be done each day. They cleaned up each day. Very respectable of our property. I will definitely call SERVPRO again if another problem arise.

The Servpro team was very quick and professional. Mike, Gavin, and Erik and their teams showed up immediately, walked me through the process and stayed in touch throughout to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend these guys for any disaster restoration and cleanup!

Update: I hired a General Contractor from Servpro to manage my tornado repairs. Eric H. hired a terrible construction company to do the work - Hydra Z. Then, he quit when the job was only 65% complete, because I complained about the shoddy workmanship and damage to my property. There are so many mistakes on my roof and other repairs. Neither Servpro or Hydra Z will even talk to me. This GC is from the OKC/Moore office. I think the guys who did a good job on my initial call are from an office in Denton.
I was fleeced by this company and absolutely do not recommend it.

My house in OKC was hit by a tornado November 11th. I called Servpro around 6 am Sunday morning. There was a crew here to work on saving my home and property within 2 hours. Throughout the weeklong process the crew was polite, professional, helpful, and thorough. I couldn't have asked for better service. Kudos to Caleb, Eddie, Patrick, and Mike for an outstanding job.

D'Angelo did an excellent job finding the perfect construction company to repair our home! Revamp and Renew Contracting Co. LLC, along with Bryon, did a wonderful job putting our house back together with great attention to detail. We love their work and would highly recommend them! 🤎

I had to have a home cleaned after a move out for a family member and thought I could use Serv Pro. The gentleman met us at the home and was very honest up front, explaining that Serv Pro mostly works with insurance companies for reimbursement and that his quote would probably be too expensive. He then proceeded to refer me to a home cleaning company and I was able to have the cleaning company come out and they did a great job. I appreciate the manager's honesty up front and even though he didn't perform the cleaning we needed, he did the right thing and referred us to someone who could. I so appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Thanks!

All employees were very professional, courteous, efficient and paid extra attention to everything that needed more than just the normal. Highly, highly recommend.

Great Service !!! My family was out of state for 2 weeks vacation ,when i notice in the camera my home had pipe burst inside and got flooded morning. I called then and coordinated. In 3 hrs they where already working with complete stuff… drying equipment etc. and mike was there to assure as this was taken care of. When i went home … my stuff was already pack and ready to be temp stored in the there storage facility !!!!! company that is quick and can be trusted and transparent. Highly recommended .
