I always take my pool samples to Cardinal Pools and they also open and close my pool. The staff is very friendly and knew me by name after just a few visits. Liz and Rob are very knowledgeable about pool chemicals and how to keep them balanced. They have helped me through several chlorine demands. I highly recommend Cardinal Pools!

Cardinal Pools is the only place I'll go from now on. There knowledgeable staff take the time, and make an effort to explain to me why my pool is having problems, solutions to fix my problem, tips and ideas to prevent my problems, explain the chemicals I'm using, and even test my samples so I'm putting the proper amount of chemicals in. Cardinal did a great job with helping in the design and build of our new pool. This will be our 2nd summer with it and we always get a lot of complements. The installation, attention to detail and communication along the way was always excellent. I would recommend them to a friend any time.

Had an issue with my pump. After a ton of research and troubleshooting I still could not figure out what the issue was. Cardinal came out diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Even if you think you know a lot about your pool it’s nice that there’s always someone who knows more. Price was fair as well. I highly recommend them.

I had been to many other pool stores that had me putting so many different chemicals in my pool, abs it still wasn't clearing and I was spending so much money! I had a friend refer me to Cardinal Pools, and my pool was beautiful after 1 visit!

Diego provides our weekly pool service and he does an excellent job. He is personable, thorough, and we hope he is compensated accordingly.
What has been very disappointing is that two of the last three times we have been on Brenda’s list for tile repair, we have had to find someone else to do the work. Months ago I asked her to come out, which she did and she took photos. I called her several times to inquire where we were on the list and all she could say was that the guys were swamped with work. This lack of communication on her part was troublesome. The guys have done tile and stone repair on our pool before. We have been customers of yours for 15 years or more and thought we deserved better, or at least some, communication. I was tired of asking so I had someone else do the work and it was done promptly and well.

Excellent service, on schedule. Brenda is a pleasure to work with.

Cardinal pools have been awesome!! They have done a great job servicing our pool weekly, Matt is thorough and shows up as scheduled. They have fixed a couple issues that have come up with our equipment as well. 5 stars for sure!!
