Osborne Elect has done our commercial electrical wiring since 2010 and we've had an excellent experience with them. I would like to recommend them for their great service & performance abilities.

Just watched their truck almost slam into a semi truck after angrily going around me and erratically changing lanes because they were going about 85 mph in a 70 mph zone. It's 12:30 am on Feb 23rd, 2025, something should probably be done about whatever employee this is.

I have used Osborne Electric on several occasions. They are wonderful !!! They fit me in when I did not have an appointment, and all the technicians were very professional and friendly. I have used them for several years, and will continue to do so.

I called Osborne to restore the power to my HVAC unit. The men arrived at 7:00am and by 9:00am the unit was back in service. The Osborne employees, from the person who took my call to the men who did the work, were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would recommend Osborne to anyone needing electrical work.

Shout out to Blake for helping this old girl through a tough day. My power was off for 4 days because of the ice storm. I had no idea how to tell if the problem was mine (to hire an electrician) or OG&E. Blake kindly gave me his cell phone number and, after hours, when he had his own problems to deal with, looked at pictures of my electrical setup and told me I did not need their services. You can bet that the next time I need an electrician. Osborne will be in my cell phone as the go-to resource.

Great crew and very professional. Had an interlock and transfer switch added onto the electric panel and they were super patient with me and explained everything. The tech was also excellent when they came to install it

Could not have had a better experience. Needed a lot of electrical work done and didn't know where to begin. Osborne came in, explained everything that needed to be done, they walked me through the process and how they would execute. They even kept me up to date along the way. They completely the job flawlessly. I couldn't be happier. You need electrical work done, I'd only suggestion Osborne!

Great customer service. I had no idea about electric work. I talked to Osborne and they made everything simple and walked me through everything that needed work. They also followed up with me after to see how everything was working. Highly recommend them to anyone. Also great to meet some fellow Thunder fans!

Not a company that promotes wanting to get business. Interaction over the phone was very vague. When I mentioned I had 3 other quotes who had already been out, he suggested I use one of them. I would never do business with a company who isn't customer service oriented in providing an estimate. Not sure how they're in business or have the rating they have. My experience was bad. It's as if they frown upon folks price comparing. I highly suggest to everyone reading, not all prices are the same or similar. Do your homework before hiring a company. Especially one who wants to bait you by coming out with a service fee. I've had price estimates ranging from $520-$1100 to do the same job. Please do your homework before going with a company like this altho I never got the estimate from him or any pricing. Last time calling thus company

James reconnected the power line that pulled free from the house and replaced an outdoor outlet that shorted out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answer a few more of my questions. Job well done.
The phone person was great also-- it is nice when someone answers the phone -- i hate when it only goes to options

Dave, our electrician, was very polite, precise, and cordial. The work was excellent and would definitely use again. Our house was built in the 20's and although electrical updated a few years ago, Osborne was able to accommodate our needs.

I needed some ceiling fans and an Ecobee thermostat installed at my house. Trent was so professional and did a fantastic job with all. Would definitely do business with this company for future needs. Thank you!

We had electrical problems in our 86 year old house from squirrels chewing on wires in the attic. Initially, I called another company that came out. They flipped a couple of switches, charged a $40 fee and left, promising they would return on Monday to make repairs. They never came. We called them several times leaving messages. They still did not come out or return our calls. Frustrated, I called Osborne Electric. The man I talked to on the phone was very courteous. He said he would send a repairman out the very next day. I was assured that the problem would be fixed that day. Next day, a very nice man named Shane appeared at our front door. He immediately set to work. Our house is very old. To locate the problem, Shane had to do an extensive search. Our house also has two stories. I can't tell you how many trips, he made going up and down very steep stairs from the attic (it wasn't the easiest to get to either). We were biting our nails wondering if he would ever find the problem. But Shane would not give up. He finally found the problem and fixed it quickly. I want to commend your company and Shane for the incredible service you provided. We will definitely use your services again and will also recommend Osborne Electric to our friends and family. I called Osborne Electric when I was going on two weeks of no power after the ice storm that hit the state. I had called OG&E multiple times just for them to never show up or continuously tell me that they didn’t have an ETA. Osborne Electric sent someone out immediately after I called and restored my power in less than a hour. David Anderson was my technician and he was so personal, friendly and nice and after restoring my power, offered to cut down some of the limbs that had fallen on my roof. I highly recommend this company. They were very professional, timely and happy to help where they weren’t ask! I wished I’d called them sooner!

We called Osborne and they sent out Riley to give us a quote for replacing the breaker panel/switches and raising the weather head and power lines higher. Riley was professional and friendly and quickly got us a fair quote. James was our electrician. He was absolutely great--on time, friendly, explained what he would need to do, and he answered our millions of questions. We would definitely recommend Osborne Electric!!

My overall experience with Osborne Electric was great from the estimate to the installation. Every representative I dealt with was very professional explaining the worked involved and answering all the questions I had. They were on time to every appointment and even gave me cost saving ideas as we discussed my various projects. I plan to us them in the future for all of my electrical needs.

some people need to work on their temper ! especially when they drive to other stores and get mad and then proceed to slam the door and leave in the company vehicle! not a good look

I’ve used Osborne on two occasions now and have been thoroughly impressed. Riley is one of the nicest professionals we’ve had work on our house. He fixed/installed several new electrical outlets in our garage and did a great job. Juan replaced an exterior flood light and installed a new exterior outlet. He had to cut holes in some dry wall to do the outlet install and put the drywall back exactly where it was afterwards. He treated this job like it was on his own house! Highly recommend Osborne!
