Since moving into our home a number of years ago, we haven't needed the services of an electrician. After doing some research, we landed on Osborne Electric when it came time to install a new outlet on our porch. Calling to book the appointment was a breeze, and the estimate for the work seemed fair. Adrian was here first thing in the morning and was a great help - he explained every step of the way what needed to be done to access the ceiling above our porch, the job took much less time than originally forecast and I enjoyed talking with him. In the event we need an electrician in the future, Osborne will be our first call. I cannot recommend them enough!

James Chalk at Osborne Electric was wonderful to work with. The first time he came out, he carefully explained what the major problem was and was very easy to understand. At that time, per our request, he fixed our power so we could use it until we wanted to schedule the more extensive procedure. At that later time, he was equally great to work with. We appreciated his ability to communicate and friendly manner. We will always be calling for Osborne Electric after this great experience! Thank you!

I hired Osborne Electric to inspect my electrical panel after moving into a new house. Big shout-out to Dustin, who was extremely helpful and spent the time to walk me through his inspection and the issues he found.

Jessie came out this morning to help us solve an issue with our gate, he always goes above and beyond his job requirements with professionalism and knowledge of the issue, shares it with us and educates us to avoid problems in the future. Jessie remains the reason we will always keep Osborne as our primary contractor for all things electric.

I needed to have an outdated electrical panel/breaker box updated. Osborne Electric had one of the most reasonable quotes while I was shopping around and did an excellent job on the installation. Whenever I needed to call the office with various questions (such as confirming accepted forms of payment or rescheduling service dates due to weather concerns), they were friendly and helpful. Additionally throughout the entire installation process, Zack who was doing the install was incredibly courteous, answered all my questions, and showed up right at the start of each given service window. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing to have electrical work completed.

Jesse S was a true gentleman on our property. He was thorough and respectful throughout the 4 hours he was here. He explained the situation and process to fix what was not working and how he could resolve it quickly. I would highly, highly recommend Obsorne Electric & specifically Jesse S.

Jesse was very easy to work with and talk to about any issues. We had a huge project to do, with a quick a turnaround. I am glad he was the lead electrician onsite because we were able to hit our deadline. His work was beautiful!! Always explained what was going on and always want above and beyond for us. I would always recommend him if you get a option to pick your guy onsite.

Osborne Electric returned my call before 0800 the next day and an extremely competent and seasoned technician named ZACK rang the doorbell by 10am. 👍

Fixed one problem and another was revealed. Zack's on-the-fly trouble shooting is superb and it was fun to watch!.. I wish him well.

Bottom line: the billing is fair and accurately determined upfront. Their timing is excellent and the staff is fantastic. Should I need expert electric again, i'm gonna call Osborne Electric and maybe they'll send ZACK. 🤘🏼

I had a plug go bad that our Heat and Air unit was plugged into. Osborne was able to fit me in the same day and Devonte came out to do the call. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very courteous.

I have always used Osborne Electric and have always thought they were fantastic! Recently, I had Jesse as my technician- he was beyond the best- we just recently moved into a new home and he caught things missed by the people who had built my house- he helped problem solve a major issue and he made sure my home is now safer for my family! He is also fantastic at his job! He is efficient, fast, kind and diligent- you cannot ask for a better technician to work on all of your electrical needs.

Can’t say enough good things about their service team. We had a lightning strike and Riley the service manager had one of his top guys out in less than an hour. Jessie the journeyman was as good as they come. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and a great communicator. Had everything back to normal in no time and at a very fair price!

I am having a new digital press installed at Love’s Corporate Print Shop. Jesse Smith was the Electrician that came to install the electric to it. The press was made in Switzerland and uses a different amperage. Jessie did his homework ahead of time and was aware of this. Jesse brought this up and discussed what we needed to ensure a smooth installation. He worked well with the technician from SwissQ and our Corporate Electrician. I was impressed with Jesse’ Professionalism and knowledge and would definitely recommend him for any installation like this! Thank You for sending Jesse!

Purchased a new range for my kitchen, only to find that the previous range had been hard-wired into the wall, so I called Osborne to get a proper 240V outlet installed and ensure everything was up to code.

They were able to get my scheduled quickly, even though I called last minute, were very clear about their pricing and policies, and the electrician they sent (Andrew) was on time and very professional. Took hardly any time at all, and he was kind enough to help answer some other questions we had about upcoming projects.

Will absolutely be calling them for any future jobs that require an electrician, and would highly recommend them!
