I just had my outside and inside windows done at my home. They do amazing work and would highly recommend there services. I had a huge limestone build up and my outside they took care of them looking brand new. Thank you for such great services.

They did an amazing job on my car! I eat lunch in my car every day so my cupholders and console area were pretty dirty. I also had a ton of crumbs and debris on the floor and my light colored cloth seats had a spaghetti stain and have had many sodas spilled on them. They made the seats look new again! The floors are completly spotless and the whole car smells so clean and nice. They are an extremely great price for how thorough they clean. They were both super friendly and I liked the fact they come to your house. They asked to use my hose but I could not even tell they touched it as they put it back exactly how they found it and I have a lot of decorations and things in the way. Absolutely phenomenal service!

Scheduled an appointment and they called me morning of to confirm.
They arrived and did the outside first. When they came inside they even started taking their shoes off.
Before he left he even checked my gutters just in case they were full.

Jose did an amazing work! He was friendly, affordable, showed up when he said he would, and did great work. I was unsure if my house even needed pressure washing, but after seeing the before and after it is unbelievable. I can't wait to install my Christmas lights!

Isaiah was very professional. Explained the process in detail when i asked. Company was very helpful and answered my questions when I called. I will use this company again because it was fairly fast service. I only had 4 rooms. No odors. Did have a nice smelling solution for floor when prepping. Otherwise no odor or smell what so ever.

Tyler came out today and knocked it out of the park! He cleaned our extra large sectional and living room carpet. I assumed some stains would remain on the sectional, but he took care of all of them! It smells good and looks great!

We used them for cleaning tile in a house we are moving into. They did a good job, but a Bluetooth speaker went missing during the time of their visit. We thought there wouldn’t be any issues leaving them there to do their work since we hadn’t moved in yet and there was nothing in the house other than paint supplies basically. And that speaker.

Edit: the owner reached out and apologized. He gave me his email and told me to send him a link to replace the speaker. I did so, and never heard back or received a replacement. I even told the owner I’d remove this review once the speaker was received.

I hired this company to come out and wash the carpets and tile in my new home. They were very professional over the phone as well as upon arrival. Once the gentlemen he did his job which roughly took 4 hours or so. I paid the ticket $1,800 and he left. The next day I noticed water damage to the bottom of the trim of my walls. I contacted the company and they informed me they would get me in touch with the owner. After a few days of calling, I finally spoke with the owner. After explaining the issues he responded “I don’t want to deal with this so I’m going to refund your money and hung up”

This took me by surprise to say the least, after we got off the phone I contacted a contractor to come out and inspect the damage. The total cost for damage is roughly $2,800 and no one will acknowledge or respond to my calls. I am now in the process of speaking with my attorney to unfortunately take matters to the next level.

I would highly recommend against using this company, what you get when they are selling their brand vs what you get and the quality professionalism once they receive their money is on two different ends of the spectrum. Disappointing to say the least.

I contacted Chem-Dry to clean my mom's carpets and get the pet stains out. Signing up for an appointment was easy. Everyone I spoke with showed respect, professionalism and kindness. Thomas did a great job explaining the process before cleaning. He was thorough and got the job done in a timely manner. My mom is quite happy.

We were really impressed with the results of our carpet! The house smells so good and it doesn't smell like strong chemicals at all. Its fresh smell that makes the whole house smell new again. Tyrone was very friendly and very efficient with his work. He explained how it all works in details and was very helpful. I highly recommend using this company!

I had my carpets cleaned last week by this company. The representative that came to my house, Isaiah, was extremely professional and went over exactly what he was going to be doing while he was there. He was very proficient and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had Chem Dry clean my dining chairs and I’m embarrassed to say they were long overdue. Lots of family dinners with red wine drinkers and kids who may or may not have used these chairs as napkins. Needless to say the cream colored fabric was not so cream. They spot treated, cleaned and applied a whitener and a protectant. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained their process thoroughly. What impressed me the most is the fact that the owner was present for my appointment to train the team that was sent. He was kind and patient and had no problem jumping in to help or demonstrate. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I can’t say enough good about this company.

Isiah Linzy was great! He was very polite, showed up on time, finished quickly, and answered all my questions. This young man will go far in this business or anything he chooses to do. It was so nice to get a good worker which is hard to do anymore! By the way, my carpets look great and he got the stains out too.

I had some odor left in my carpets from my cat and the guys who came today were so helpful! They cleaned the carpets, located some spots that needed extra cleaning and got the area treated. Took way less time than I expected and the rooms smell so much better. Will definitely use their services again!

There were some problem areas that we discussed before hand and he let us know what to expect with the different types of treatment. He was extremely professional, kind, and personable.
